It's like the 1950's with this bank! You have to go INTO the branch to do absolutely anything. And trying to get someone on the phone is an experience in itself. Long long wait time on hold. Do not recommend.

At the moment i get into to the bank the friendly staff greet me on my way in. Then teller lady ask me if i wanted to open an account and set it up with the manager Marisol Rivera. She went thru the entire process that its was so easy and not regret my desicion to do business with midflorida.Thanks Marisol i felt welcome and appreciatted.

I had such pleasure to work with Midflorida credit Union at Longwood, FL Branch..The staff i worked with at this Branch :The Branch Manger Marisol Rivera , a good attitude, a great personality and she is very knowledgeable of what she is doing ,very helpful and great help to solve any issue I faced , my gratitude to her and ISA which has a great personality and helpful for anything I need help with .And there was another person I dealt with but I can't remember her name she was very helpful when she took care of my issue.Overall this Branch has an amazing atmosphere and really is give me a pleasure to have all my bank account with them, from checking, saving and IRA pension account ..And forget to mention that every time I enter that place will great you with welcome and smile ?Thanks so much for all what you do for tje customer at your Branch, and greatly appreciate itZana

I came in right before closing time to withdraw money from a shared branch, Daniel not only waited past time to go home for me to call my branch and get limits raised, but they were also very kind and helpful the whole time. If Daniel or Balthazar are working you’ll be in good hands.

A bit confusing. I have frequented there often to make deposits for shared banking as my main bank is on the other side of the state. I live a little more than 30 minutes away. I realized I accidentally left my driver's license at home in another purse. I had my boyfriend take a photo, and provided 4 various ID's in person - my business card, a CWP license, social security and voter ID. None would work according to the teller. I overheard another teller inform her it's up to her really. Hearing this, I feel the shared banking form should not show driver's license/identification when only the driver's license in person is accepted.

I bank with a shared branch in another state. Called my bank previously to make sure I could deposit a check at this location and my bank told me exactly what I needed to do to deposit it through mid Florida. When I go in to Mid Florida credit Union, they tell me they can’t do it. After the manager asks a teller and calls another branch, she recommends I MAIL an almost $1000 check to my bank in another state. I drive 10 minutes down the road to PNC and they deposit it with ZERO issues. Save yourself the time and energy, just go elsewhere!
