I went to this store today and I will never go there again I wanted to get a new phone an upgrade guy said I wasn't eligible bad customer service representative he also said he wouldn't b able to transfer all my apps to new phone been with metro since 2000 never had this problem not nice at all didn't get his name but he was the only one there this morning at 10 then I went to the store at 445 w state rd436 I got my brand new galaxy x23 no problem and they transferred all my apps with no problem excellent customer service from both Brooklyn and her manager.i am so pleased with the results

Monday. Got a new phone today. Needed to sign into google to pull all my info from the cloud to my new phone (Old phone broke) Google required 2 factor auth which needed my phone to receive a text. Thats alright I got time in the day its only 5:30. So I pop the sim card into my new phone and head down to my local T-Mobile store to setup the IMEI the store is open until 8 p.m. or at least that's what it says on their window. I checked google just in case before I leave and google says their open until 7 p.m. I get their just before 6 p.m. and the door are locked. A worker heard the door and came from the back to the main area of the door, sees me, shakes her head no and walks away. Confused I knock to try to ask her if their closed already and why they closed so early today and she just walks around ignoring me pretending to work by opening drawers and closing it again over and over... I don't see how that's supposed to do anything but at the very least you couldn't simply say you were closed or something? I feel if google and your "Store Hours" posted on your window say you don't close for at least another hour, than I should at least be owed a simple "Hey sorry but we're closed right now, we open again tomorrow at this time" Very disappointed please fix your office hours so others don't waste time and effort because of your failure to keep your store information up to date

I can understand everyone's reviews, I am just saying to give this store on more shot. They recently went under new management and It is a game changer ?. To anyone who has had a bad experience I suggest you go back on a day that "selena" is working. She has excellent customer service and will try her best to get you what you want and need in a timely manner. She took her time with me, went over any questions I had and just over all made my experience so much better! She deserves a raise having to bring this store out of the shambles of who ever messed this one up so badly. Again I recommend selena if you're going to this store for you to get the experience you deserve !

I wish the store had better hours/was open later. There are a few locations in the area that are, but this one is the closest to me.
Besides the relatively bad customer service from the employees (at least the ones that I have encountered,) the store is OK. If you're able to get past that looming fact.
They have a pretty good selection of free phones. You can't finance any of their phones, which is a shame, but the free options are surprisingly good quality.
My partner got the Motorola G stylus and it has a 50mpx camera, an amazinggg finger print scanner on the main side button, and great graphics and customizable features. I was skeptical at first,but after having it for a few weeks, it's a close competitor to my Samsung S23 Ultra that was $1250 from Spectrum! I'm glad she found a hidden gem.
The tablet promotion that's online apparently is not a thing anymore, at least at this store. You need to have phone service with metro for at least 3 months before qualifying for a "discounted" tablet. I didn't get the details, after seeing the promotional tablet on display. I much rather spend some money and get something worth having.
I included some pictures of the Motorola G stylus that's free for new customers, as well as some pictures that I took with her phone.
Definitely worth checking out!

I stopped by to grab a new phone charger before a long drive. Vincent was super helpful and even checked to make sure the charger worked on my phone, as I had bought two duds earlier on in the day. The store is super clean and Vincent was super nice.

The store is always empty and they never answer their phone. Dissatisfied with this store. I would have went elsewhere had I known. Now I am having troubles getting a refund for an activation fee that was supposed to be waived.

Lena is very knowledgeable and professional, she deserves a promotion. She also ran the super extra mile for me. My old phone stopped working after a document that I wrongly downloaded. I was very scared might have encountered a virus but she helped me during the whole process until I had a new phone up and running. Thank you Lena!

Selena is the best worker I have met. She’s a hard worker with a massive smile on her face at all times. She knows how to give the best deals. She truly makes this store worth visiting everytime!!! I absolutely recommend you go see her!!

One of the best experiences I have ever had and a metro store. Lena was efficient in noticing me and assisting me to help me find the right phone for my grandson. Always a pleasure working with lena. Hands down an angel!! Next time I come by I know to ask for lena because she will not disappoint!
