I had a customized facial with Marissa and it was such an enjoyable, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience. She made sure to ask what I wanted out of the facial and went over any skin concerns prior to really customize the facial to me! The facial was so relaxing and all of the products felt amazing on my skin! I will be back

After the past year that we've had I was feeling down and needed a change. Erin did a make over with me and helped me pick out the right makeup and colors for my skin tone. I had a blast trying different colors and I feel more confident in the way I look now!!! She also did a makeover with me to go to my brothers wedding - Thanks Erin you're the best!!!

I have always had great experiences at the Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio in the Jamestown PlazaI have all my facials done by Elizabeth.I have had excellent experiences every time I have a facial. Highly recommendErin is very knowledgeable with the cosmetic line and will work with you to choose what will work best for you according to your skin tone and personality. Some of us are conservative with makeup while others like the bolder look.Whichever you are you have come to the right placeI highly recommend this studio for all your facials, skin care needs and even a few other items such as a pair of earrings or a nice cosmetics bagJanet

This was my first visit to Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio. The sign was kind of small, so I didn't notice it at first. The interior of the studio was clean and free of obstructions and clutter. The studio was brightly lit. The Merle Norman merchandise was neat and fully stocked. The studio had a pleasant odor. The store had a welcoming feel. The store's merchandise was well organized. The items in the store easily accessible. The items were neatly displayed. I was acknowledged upon immediately entering the studio. The consultant was well-groomed and had a professional appearance. She greeted me verbally and with eye contact and a smile. She was readily available to assist me. She was knowledgeable about the store's merchandise. She asked me what could she help me find. She listened attentively to my request about eye makeup products. She asked open-ended questions to determine my needs. She suggested a Merle Normal foundation. She gave me an eye demonstration using Merle Normal eye products. She also suggested additional products. She guided me on how to place the eye makeup on my eyes. She introduced me to other products beyond my initial request. She explained the features and benefits of the merchandise presented. The merchandise presented fit my needs. The consultant offered to add me to the studio registry for any products that I was interested in. Overall, the consultant treated me in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
