“I would like to commend Ashley B. As soon as we entered the door she came over to my husband and me to offer her help. We needed help changing the tennis balls that Binson’s had put on the bottom legs of my husband’s walker. Ashley promptly took the two balls and went to a back room to work on the project. It was a difficult challenge because the balls had completely adhered to the legs, requiring extensive maneuvering and strong pressure on her part. About 20 minutes later she returned with the new balls successfully installed!
