From the moment I walked in Gladys was AMAZING!! I told her about my needs as a side sleeper with joint pain after sleeping on certain mattresses. The first bed she pointed out to me was exactly what I ended up getting. She really knows her stuff and super nice!!!
Her boss Ghazi was vey nice helpful as well. Thank you so much. Can't wait to start having great night sleep!!

*WARNING!!!* BUYER BEWARE*
BAD RETURN POLICY!!!*
We purchased a mattress but it was too firm. When we came back to choose a different mattress they said it is a 20% RESTOCKING FEE You have to REPAY DELIVERY FEE another $100. You cannot choose a mattress that is priced for Less. You can only purchase another mattress that is more expensive. So if you do not like your mattress you have to pay restocking fee delivery fee and you can only purchase a mattress that is more expensive and you have to pay the difference.
We are stuck with a mattress. We ultimately purchased a mattress from Havertys. They waved the delivery fee, it was on sale, and they had 24 months no interest. We have 90 days to decide if we like the mattress and there is absolutely no fee for returning or changing to a different mattress.

A wonderful time Because Gary gives the personal touch he went over every single mattress with us until we found the correct one for our sleeping patterns and what we desired. Owner standing at the door hoping someone comes in the when the do he treats them rudely. He’s in the business of 99% of people no buying just looking . Pretty much said if we aren’t buying anything today just leave. Wasn’t in the store a total of 10 seconds . All we asked was if he had any deals on an adjustable platform if we buy mattress.
