I had a pleasant experience with the associate Jacob, who was not only knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, but also very warm and welcoming. He told me everything I needed to know about the mattress I was getting and was so friendly and kind throughout the process. If I could give 10 stars I would. I just purchased the best mattress for an awesome price. It was $900 off with the sale. I’m so excited to get a good nights sleep. The delivery date is Sunday- I purchased Friday. It doesn’t get any better. My sleep expert was Sandi and she was so knowledgeable. She understood my hip issues and suggested some wonderful options. She was the best mattress solutions person I’ve ever interacted with.

I was very pleased the Manager waited on me I found her to be very knowledgeable about mattresses that was so helpful in my decision making she was very patient with me it took me a while to figure out what I wanted. The best part was finally deciding which one and then the best part is they’re delivering both beds tomorrow !!! Unreal! Well thank you so much for all your help.

Let me start by saying forgive me but I do not remember the gentleman’s name, but that is not because it was not a memorable experience. The only employee working at the East Altamonte store tonight was helping multiple clients at once and meeting all of their needs. He remembered my name and checked on me periodically, he was also real and not a salesman. Very knowledgeable about all product kept in store and out and had an answer for all of my questions. He was polite and laid back to where I felt like my brother was just helping me make a decision. I highly recommend this gentleman and if he’s up for a promotion give it to him! I bought from Mattress Firm due to this guy.
