Bruce cared more about finding us the best mattress than if he made the sale. Of course we did purchase from him because we did find the right fit. Will definitely shop here again.

Kathy is wonderful! She is patient and professional. With the rush of customers at almost closing time, she remained courteous and showed interest in providing us with outstanding customer service. We got a great deal on the king mattress. Delivery was quick and I like the payment process bc I realized I lost my debit card. She sent a link and I was able to go home and pay. When the time comes for another mattress, Ill be working with Kathy at Mattress Firm in Altamonte Springs FL.

We were immediately welcomed and made to feel important despite many customers already in the showroom. Bruce pointed out what we were looking for to test for comfort as they finished up with current customers. It was excellent customer service from all staff and I would recommend this store, and Bruce, if you are searching for a mattress or a bed set.

All the other comments speak for themselves. Me and my partner had such a great experience at this location. I personally didn’t think shopping for a mattress could be a fun experience until we stopped by this place. Bruce was very professional and knowledgeable. He definitely made the whole experience very enjoyable. I recommend this place.

Bruce and Kathy were very kind, patient and knowledgeable during the entire process. There are so many Mattress Firms around but if you’re in the Altamonte Springs/Apopka area, I definitely recommend this location. I am loving my new mattress in my new home - thank you so much Bruce & Kathy :)

I got such great customer service at this store! I wasn’t sure I’d find a mattress on the same day I started shopping, but they were so attentive and took time to show me various options and even teach me why they were recommending some options versus others. I got such a great deal and it’ll be delivered in 2 days! I was dreading mattress shopping but I’m so glad I decided to stop at Mattress Firm. Customer for life!

Kathy was so amazing! She helped us so much and just fantastic customer service all around if you go there ask for Kathy she is so amazing!!!! She will spend however long with you and help you figure out what is the right decision for you! She will even show everything with the bases as well!
