The Furniture Gallery is a great place with a wide variety of living, dining and bedroom furnishings.We had been searching for a chair recliner for some time. Not only did they have a large variety of styles but we were impressed with the quality of the products.The customer service was impeccable, Wanda Delgado did a great job helping us find what we wanted. FYI - Go during the week days if possible the weekends gets crazy crowded.

I came here to buy furniture for my new home in Fl. It took me a while to decide and there were a couple of pieces I was choosing from. Finally I decided on a piece and was ready to go. They had a 36 month no interest and so I would opt for that. Upon checking out, my request was denied. I was astonished as I know it's not my credit or my ability to pay. It took over 4 weeks to get it resolved because I had to wait for a letter to verify my identity. It was very antiquated that there is only one way to verify who I am, which was the letter. Once that was resolved I called the store and spoke to Judy, who was my sales rep. I know they speak to a lot of people but she had often said well you'll have to ask for a credit increase". Each time I told her I didn't need a credit increase, that my line was enough to buy what I wanted. I'm not sure if she just thinks that only her type can afford or have credit, but it was a constant insult. The last time I spoke to her I asked her about the 10% discount on my package from the president weekend sale. I saw it online. She said she'd have to ask the manager, who I was informed said she wouldn't give me another 10% off. At that point I told her how this was my worst buying experience with Macy's as they always honor the sale price, especially since I waited until I cleared up the fraud issue. She hung up the phone on me. I love Macy's and it's been my go to store from the time I was 18, over 40 years. Jussi may be the top sales person in the Alamonte store in Florida but she was never customer service oriented with me and treated me like I was an unqualified purchaser. She is not an asset for certain type of customers, in my experience. I will continue to shop at Macy's but will never do business at this location again. The profiling treatment I felt is something that I abhor but being a long time customer, that is not my experience at most Macy's.

I went to the store last weekend to buy a sectional and there were only two or three employees in the entire building, the employees were very nice but they're just were not enough of them. To add insult to injury, the air conditioning only worked in one section of the store and it was at least 90° in that building. It looks run down and clearly the building is not maintained well and way understaffed. It's a shame, I bought a couch there a couple of years ago and I've been happy with it but when I went there this time I felt like I was walking into a third world country. I ended up purchasing a sectional from their competitors because I just couldn't take the Heat and the long wait times to be seen by a staff member. Very disappointing one, shame on you Macy's.

Most of the time, not enough sales staff, last time I was there, only one person on the floor and I requested help, the sales staff paged another sales person, but no show after 10 mins, so we left.
