I am a longtime Lowe's fan. This visit was my first foray into electric lawn equipment: after researching online for my electric lawn mower I decided to pick it up in store. There was a friendly young man that was sweeping and stopped what he was doing to help me find the lawn mower I wanted. He even had a helper come with a flatbed cart and load it up. Then I asked about a weed eater or any specials they had available. He directed me to Chris in seasonal who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my many questions and made sure I knew what to do once I left the store. His kind, thoughtful attention was just what I needed to make me feel mire confident about my decision. He, Kayla, John and Terry were such a blessing. Thank you for the great teamwork I saw in action today. Love my Lowe's Team!

This location is awful. I’ll start driving to Oviedo instead. The customer service is non-existent. They watched me put a steel tub in my vehicle by myself. Wanted another item and no one wanted to help me find it. I felt like o was in the twilight zone. So unfortunate

I breathe oxygen and get very tired after walking back to the area where you sell screened doors. No one was there and i thought i would sit and wait for someone to come to help me but i found there were no chairs to sit down. After waiting for someone to help i finally gave up. Go to some other place. I just tried to call and talk to someone and no one answers the phone. you can't get service no matter how you try.

I just had awful customer service from this location. On Monday, I purchased an EGO lawn mower that included an extra battery as part of a Lowe's promotion. The rep on the floor said that they didn't have the battery, but it would be in the following day. I could purchase the mower on Monday, and pickup the battery on Tuesday, after I received a call from them. Tuesday came and went. On Wednesday (today), I called the store and the operations manager, John, told me the battery wasn't in and it wouldn't be in until the 26th. Then the store manager Tiffany, said it was the 27th. I told her that if I had known it would take that long, I would have bought the mower and battery at a different Lowe's. She said that I shouldn't have been told the battery would be in on Tuesday. She said that since I knowingly bought a battery that I knew wasn't in stock, I should have known that there was a chance the product would not be in at the quoted time. I was not eligible for any sort of compensation, because I should have known basic retail and the battery was "free." Well, it wasn't free to me. I just paid $600 for a mower with 2 batteries. So I asked what she could suggest to make me whole for this bad experience. She said that I should come get the battery on the 27th, once it came in, if it comes in. So I said, you're basically telling me to "deal with it." She said she didn't appreciate me putting words in her mouth. I said, I know you didn't say "deal with it," but what's the difference between that phrase, and what you're telling me to do? She changed the subject and said I could return the 100lb mower and find a different Lowe's. Or they could get it shipped from a different Lowe's with an arrival time AFTER the 27th. I cannot for the life of me understand how this is good customer service or good management. I plan to send this story to anyone that ever asks me about Lowe's vs Home Depot or Lowe's in general. I don't see how I did anything wrong, and the store manager wasn't even nice to me. Her conclusion was that she was sorry about missing the date, but I should just wait until it comes in and be fine with it. I find that unreasonable.
Why you would let a person like that manage a customer facing store is beyond me.

Don't buy any major appliance from these guys. If anything goes wrong they will turn their back on you in second.
I bought a whirlpool dishwasher from them and had it delivered on March 16, 2024. It broke and I called them back on May 11, 2024 to return or replace and they told me to go pound sand.
It's not even two moths old. It barely outlasted a box of dishwasher pods and now I am stuck with it.
I am going to buy a new fridge this summer, but I know for sure where I am NOT buying it.

The website might say they have it in stock but you have a 50/50 chance when you get there. Getting assistance is even less of a chance.
