I was there for 4 times, in the first it was more or less, but as it was a friend's recommendation I tried again and in the second I took a good hairdresser who did an excellent job and who repeated herself once again, but yesterday, despite having marked the same in the entrance I was convinced that it would take a long time and I agreed to cut it with another and the result was very bad! He didn't make the cut I showed on my phone, he cut badly cut and without any whim, and he still wanted to sell me a shampoo at the end! If you like a professional there, value it and always do it with it!

Totally ruined my carefully cultivated mustache. I am beyond words. After more than a year of growth, I'm going to have to shave it off and start over. If you read this, you know who you are, and you should be ashamed of yourself. Before and after photos.
Requested style: I didn't ask for a beard or mustache trim. The stylist asked "want me to straighten up the edges?" after I mentioned that I was struggling with beard care. She then proceeded to hack apart my facial hair. I gasped when she removed a huge chunk of my mustache and she responded "yeah, I'm taking some off, it's ok"
It's not ok.

An excellent experience with Amy not only am I a happy mama but my 14yr son is always happy with his haircuts and walks out a handsome new young man.
Stylist: I highly recommend Amy. She has been doing my son’s hair who is 14 and immediately corrected issues we were having with it from previous cuts ….. perfection. With Amy, you walk in a client and walk out as family/friends ?.

Hair type: Repeated knowledge demonstrated through multiple staff on how to work with many different hair types and help according to what may be best for your head shape. They also have been proven to listen and follow through on client suggestions.
Stylist: My stylist was super friendly and conversational, which is rare as I normally find myself asked about the weather and then left in silence.

I followed Amy Grosman from Sports Clips in Altamonte Springs. She is a very talented and knowledgeable stylist. She is the only one I trust with my bald fade and beard trim. Not to mention she gives a very relaxing scalp treatment and facial. Her attitude and demeanor are very pleasant. I had such a great experience after my beard trim and haircut I returned to have the gray in my beard cover as Amy said that if I ever wanted to hide it she could. I know look 10 years younger.

First time coming here. I get a simple cut. High and tight skin on the side. I’ve been to so many places that either won’t do the skin, can’t cut straight, or won’t do high and tights at all. There was no wait when I walked in and the staff were very friendly. Was a great cut and was exactly what I asked for.
