Renting from this realtor has been an absolute nightmare. From a filthy apartment with mold and lack of cleaning prior to renting to terrible communication and response to us as tenants. I like my apartment, I just wish the owner had dealt with a more professional realtor.

Chris McMahon is the most irresponsible realtor I know, he is only interested in collecting the rent. They don't like to fix, they don't care about the health of their tenants. When they fix, they leave things incomplete. We have been living like this for 8 years. They do not do an inspection, they have never cleaned the central air, it is full of fungus, that is why my son is sick with asthma, he is having skin problems due to the carelessness of not fixing what is damaged, he reported the things and they do not answer, it has been months since I went to the office to report the key to the mailbox that was lost and they haven't done anything, they don't want to give me the key to the mailbox because they gave me without a contract, I can't receive letters because I don't have the key!! When you make a complaint on their page they get upset and want you to delete the comment! I do not recommend them, they will lose their money, their children will get sick because of their irresponsibility, they only care about collecting the money! The stove is damaged the heating is damaged I have to turn on the emergency light the light is getting super high that is why the house is not in rental condition but they do not want to change what is damaged which is clearly seen in the photos in the conditions that they They have us living and they have known it for a long time, things have been damaged since Hurricane Irma, the pole on the house is falling down, they also know it, they do nothing, just don't put your family in the hands of irresponsible people who don't care about anything anymore, just money.

Recently, I dealt with Pam Tucker on a rental I was considering applying for. Pam went to bat for me with the owner of the property on a couple of requests that I had. And while not successful, she was very understanding for my reasoning for asking, Her compassion and professionalism was very appreciated. You don't find many agents that are willing to do that.

I understand that not everyone is to blame! This post is for the realtor Chris, who is an irresponsible person who does not answer the messages, who does not quickly resolve the things that are damaged in the house. I have been waiting for months for them to fix the air since the ducts are broken, the electricity bill is reaching very high. The air does not cool well, it is 11 at night and the air is at 80 degrees. It is Christ for both Chris and his secretary, Rebeca, and no one answers. I call the office and they do not answer. The house inside has not been put on the dishwasher. They have not finished the work. things that are missing, both the realtors and those who work are irresponsible. A while ago I posted a review and they called threateningly and I told them that if I wrote another one again, I would not delete it this time because they have already gone too far with us! We always pay the rent well so that they don't fix things that are damaged and broken! I'm tired of waiting for your response, I'm sure they'll call me after this but I don't care this time I'm not going to delete anything!! Don't hire Chris for rent, he is irresponsible and doesn't like responding to tenants so he is raising the rent every year without fixing it ?

I have been a tenant with Greater Orlando Realty USA for 10 years now and I have to say that without DeeDee Burnette, this experience would not be the same. She goes above and beyond the needs of her tenants. I can text her and email her with issues and problems in the house and she immediately responds and has answers. Our AC recently went out and within an hour she had someone come out, take a look and fix the issue. I’ve texted with her outside her office hours and she always, always responds with positive attitudes and quick responses. I have family members in property management and I would recommend DeeDee over any of them. I have been the angry tenant and have had attitudes with DeeDee and never once has she returned the attitude. She is a true professional and 100% deserves a raise. She is the absolute perfect liaison between owners and tenants. That business is not easy and she makes extremely simple for the tenants. Me and family can’t thank you enough DeeDee!
