“We had a great experience during our recent visit to Havertys in Altamonte Springs. Joel was with us every step of the way. We ordered a sectional with an additional piece, two cubes, and a custom swivel chair. Joel was very patient as we walked around the store and narrowed down our choices. He did not hover but was available to answer all our questions and his advice was very helpful! Our furniture selection was over two different days. We had a special request as we wanted the furniture delivered to North Carolina and Joel took care of all the arrangements! He kindly answered all our questions and accommodated our several changes. I would highly recommend asking for Joel. He will take care of you! Ken helped during the check out process and he was also gracious. The furniture choices were a nice selection of all styles.”

The furniture is at very good prices for the high-quality. The regular Scan Design stores Douglas Ave. in Altamonte Springs and on Kirkman Rd. in Orlando have a much greater selection. But I alway check the Outlet Store first and have found some great pieces at substantial discounts.”
