Dr.J has been our vet for ten e years since we moved to Altamonte Springs. He is the most thorough vet that we have ever encountered. He treats our dogs like they were his own. His staff is very well trained and know our pets by name. Our pets are very close to them as well. Ellen his office manager is very thorough and let's use know w hen our pets are due for vaccinations and meds. Best vet clinic in the world. My family owned a Pet Store in Aruba and we've dealt with vets all over the world. I have dogs, cats, and exotic pets, and I can say this is the cleanest, nicest, knowledgable, caring, affordable, most sincere and honest veterinary clinic I have ever been to. I wish more vets were like them putting the love for our beloved pets and their well-being above money and client rotation.

In simple words… THEY ARE THE BEST! I’m so grateful that I found them when I first moved to The Altamonte Springs area over 2 yrs ago. Dr. Joel, his wife and staff are amazing. The care, professionalism and customer service is outstanding. He always takes the time to make sure I understand procedures and pricing. They even cut my babies’ nails every time I bring them in, which to me is a huge help since I usually do it myself. One of my cats is currently going through some medical issues and it’s a good feeling knowing he’s getting the best care and treatment.

Today my puppy, started limping after she was taken outside, we contacted our vet. For assistance, they told us to come in we did. The doctor examined her Very thoroughly, Took x-rays gave her painkillers.the Doctor, and all the staff members were very caring and professional.
She seems to have been bitten by an insect on her claw. I feel very grateful to have received the best medical attention for the my puppy EMI. Today.

Took my 4 months old puppy that was very sick. Apparently, she had eaten something in the backyard. I was heartbroken and thought I would lose her. But everyone at the clinic was very nice and professional, even the other people there waiting to have their own pets attended. It was comforting to know that everyone there cared. I am thrilled to say that my sweet puppy "Lady" is back to her old self again. Thank you all you did for me and Lady! I recommend this Vererinary Clinic to anyone with pets.

My family has been using this vet office for 20 plus years. Even with the new owners I am still confident in this practice. They are very loving with you animals and very reasonably priced! I highly recommend!
