Tori was great! She greeted me warmly when I first came in and immediately started on the photo that I needed printed out. She was very polite and we got chatting and laughing and before I knew it my print was done and she had done all of the work, from receiving my email, to correctly printing, and cutting the image. It was such an enjoyable experience to be able to talk and laugh with someone and have a real genuine connection. She definitely offered a 10 out of 10 service and if I could give her all the accolades I would! I have never had a better experience at a FedEx. I definitely would return back to this specific location versus anywhere else, just so I can work with Tori and her amazing staff. Tori is the type of person that you want leading your team as she strives to make the work environment not only a fun place to work, but also maintains a professional environment for the customers.

I’m Chris and I am thankful for Fed Ex’s help. Omery is sweet and kind and had welcomed me upon my entrance in the Fed Ex building. Tori is amazingly patient (especially because I do have a stutter) and was very helpful and knowledgeable with printing. She helped me make a copy of my service award ceremony picture and the envelope that came with it. Tori and Omery are sweet and good people and have a great sense of humor too. They definitely provided premiere customer service. Thanks again ladies!!!

The work environment here is truly remarkable. The moment you step in, you can feel the professionalism by everyone. You are greeted with a warm and joyful hello. The entire process is swift and conducted with utmost professionalism. Today, I received assistance from Abraham and the manager, and I must say that I haven't experienced such exceptional customer service since I moved from up north. They not only assisted me with my boxes but also turned it into a fun game of Tetris - Ha-ha! Thank you both for your help and support.#fedExrock #customerservice

It was late Saturday and I had to send a rug back to a rug company. They have no packing equipment for such a return. Luckily I had wrapped at the best I could at home but this was the only place that I could return it through. It weighed too much to send it back through any of the FedEx that are inside of other stores. The one great thing I can say about this return is the young gentleman that waited on me. I believe his name was Jean. FedEx had him working all by himself Less Than 3 weeks from Christmas. He was calm, professional and friendly. There were six or seven people waiting to send packages out and he was as efficient as one person could be and never acted flustered! The store he was in is not even the store he normally works out of but he was terrific! I don't like FedEx and have not always had good experiences with them but this young gentleman changed my mind at least for the day and the transaction!

Erica was above and beyond, I went to a different store before and the representative couldn't print the thank you cards. Erica was so patient with me and my daughters I am spanish speaker learning English and she was so nice trying to understand me i needed specific measurements of what i needed to print. I arrived at 5:57pm she let me into the store, and we left at 6:40 pm she was always kind and no rush. I have to say it was a really great experience!

Tori and Michelle are absolutely terrific. We sent down an entire presentation from NY for them to print onsite (+60 pages with multiple sections and appendices) and they put everything together perfectly. They made the process super easy and really saved us from a delayed shipment issue with another carrier. Promote them, give them a raise and do whatever is needed to keep them at FexEx. Consummate professionals who exemplify the values of the organization!

I see I am not the only one seeing a huge downfall of this place. I have noticed a decline in customer care with cherry picking which customers to help if any. There is a gentleman there (the only man working from what I see), and he always so pleasant. The rest of the workers there could take some tips from him.This morning I heard the staff having what we used to call "office cooler talk " I don't mind it but there is a time a place for it. Certainly don't complain about customers when they are RIGHT INFRONT OF YOU. I was looking around and when I finally approached the counter. one of the girls passed me and started helping another customer. Completely avoiding me.One of other girls there helped me with the most dry service. She then told me the sur charge of THREE DOLLARS to print ONE PAGE. Then pointed me to the printers and said I do self pay for 17 cents. there was another woman, talking about how attitude get you promoted and then went on to pretend to say HI to customers in a very mocking way.I will not be returning to this location for my needs. If any management is reading this. Please have a talk with this crew.

Jan 5-23Went in for help with printing emails. The whole staff was standing around and when I asked for help, they seem to be VERY annoyed that I bothered them! I left the store very upset! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!By the way, I just looked up the reviews and there are a lot of (one star) unhappy customers!!!!!

This fed ex used to be solid. I came here every week for my small business needs with no issue. Over the past three months, I went a little further after they started charging me additional fees to have them print something on my behalf. In a rush, I decided to come here since it’s been some time. Had issues with their printer, no big deal, let me go up to the counter. I arrived their at 10:09 AM. Standing at the counter waiting for them, it was over 25 mins. I left, decided to just go up the street in Altamonte. I hate this place and how nonchalant the women are that work here. No sense of urgency and we’re on their time. No thanks. Never again.

In the past I have had great experiences at this location. I run a small business online and ship packages daily, often in recycled boxes because it’s cheaper for me and better for the environment. It has never been a problem in the past, but tonight my package was refused because it was a recycled USPS box. All of the old labeling was marked out with a Sharpie and I had a paid FedEx label, with the end delivery going through USPS. But, the employee at this location firmly told me they could not accept my box and that I would have to purchase one of theirs in store.Thankfully there is another FedEx just up the road and they had no problem accepting and shipping my box, as is.I couldn’t find any online information about a policy change, but I can’t risk my packages being refused and will have to ship with different carriers going forward. It’s a bummer but FedEx can’t deliver apparently.

I greeted a woman this morning when I went inside, I didn’t even get the chance to catch her name I was so uncomfortable after how moody she was.. she was very nonchalant and she seems to be a very disdainful person. But when she got on the phone she was laughing it up with another store manager if your that miserable just get another job.
