Broke my favorite necklace… I feel naked without it and I’m about to Go out of town. I googled this place and saw they did repairs same day. So I dropped it off and was able to pick it up after work. It is fixed and you can barely see the repair. It’s a gold, very small box chain necklace. if it were a thicker gauge chain, you probably wouldn’t be able to see the repair. If you did not know the repair was there you wouldn’t see it anyway. Super happy with the service, speed of service and price. I would definitely recommend. I will definitely be back with any other jewelry repair needs!!

Very Nice and friendly staff. Z was helpful and followed thru when she said she would call me back, she did, that's not so common these days, but I was grateful. My necklace looks and feels repaired the right way, and my watch got a new crystal amd it the whole watch looks new. Thanks Z and thanks FF.

This is by far the most respectable jewelry place I’ve ever been to. They were upfront, honest, and made me feel extremely comfortable fixing a ring that has been in my family for several generations. I called several other jewelers who wanted to keep it 2+ weeks, and just simply wasn’t comfortable doing that. Fast fix had my job done within 2 hours, and I made my appointment only 3 days prior. I will continue to bring all my jewelry here whether it’s to be fixed, cleaned, or just a honest opinion. Extremely grateful I came across them!
