My family has been shopping at various branches of this store for years, at least as far as 2006 when I moved to Florida because that's when they introduced me to it.. Well, yesterday I went shopping and realized when I got home that the bottle of curry I purchased wasn't among my items. I go back to the store and they pull it up on the camera and say it went into the bag with the tomatoes. However, I realized we didn't have those either. I had grabbed my bags out of the cart before leaving the store so I never took the cart outside. What struck me was the energy with which they defended that I had to have that bag when I clearly came into the store because I did not. Meanwhile, if I had been at Publix or Winn Dixie, I'd have the items replaced in seconds - no questions asked. So now after my grandmother has spent thousands and a stroke has caused her to not be able to shop for herself, a 20 year relationship ends over a bottle of curry and some Roma tomatoes. I deal with too much integrity to accept treatment like this. Farewell, Fancy Fruit.

I don't remember asking for hair in my empanadas. Enough reason to never return. Plus she would not let me buy one of the empanadas that was in the display case. Why? Also don't like when someone doesn't acknowledge you because they're on their phone and they make you wait till they're finished

The meat they sell unbelievably smells like rotten eggs. I have never in my life encountered filets with this smell that made my whole house smell like death. I returned the meat immediately. Need to care about the quality of meat you give your customers people can die.

Bad customer service from the Bakery. I walked up to order and stood there for about 5 mins. The two ladies did not acknowledge me and continued to talk with each other. I would not recommend going to this fancy fruit bakery.

I love this place because their produce is cheaper than Publix! I also love getting this sweet bread. I got it as soon as the guy was putting them out! After a day or so it got molds all ova!! They probably put it in the bag while it was warm! I'd think twice before getting this bread or any of their pastries next time!! What a waste of money!!

I was at this store on 7/21/23 l really wanted to let management know by email l tried that but it was full so my message didn't get thru.I did mot like the fact that puppies were allowed in on the glass outside if still say no pets allowed ,a young girl maybe about 10 or 11 years old first walked in holding a black puppy with a little tarnish bolor under the chin it was 3 puppies and 3cor 4 girls outside with them before l entered the store Later l noticed 2 employees came from the back area across from where the fresh greens and other vegetables are one of the girls went back with them holding one of the puppies and they were not small but that do not matter what l don't like is cross contamination both of these employees was touching the puppy,l do not know if they worked in the meat department or another but when l think about someone touching food especially after touching a animal it is not a good thing to see this happen where food is?packaged and sold so even though l liked shopping here l won't be back .
