The store had a great brand I respect, and the precise item I needed. The personnel were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and the price was right. Then to top that experience, I connected the battery to my trickle charger when I got home, and my charger confirmed that the battery was “fully charged”! YAY to management and staff!”
