I've been going to this store since I was little since it's the only hair store near me whith products for people of color and the lady is fairly nice not extremely friendly but never rude at least not to me I went in today just to buy some dye and even though it was just me and her she watched me even came down from the register and rushed me to purchase but I know she is a nice lady so I am not hating.

this place is not good, the lady behind the counter give horrible customer service. you have to pay for a wig cap ur on and it's not toward your purchase. give no refund or exchanges. a very rude and arrogant experience just trying a wig. will never back her again

Like wow.. how do you own a beauty supply store frequent for black people but you’re racist? I went there trying to figure out what to do with my hair, looking around and was literally being followed.. she even locked the door on me I was like yeah I won’t even spend my money here & just left. I do not recommend! If you have to drive 50mins to any other beauty supply I’d suggest you do so, this should be your very LAST resort.. they don’t even have much anyways!

This was the closest beauty supply store to us for a long time. We got to know the woman who works the counter. The selection isn’t the greatest but you can find the essentials.

This place is a front. It's small with stains on the carpet disgusting. The ceiling looks as if its going to cave in and no variety in hair care products AT ALL. I'm originally from Tampa and the Ebony on Hillsborough Avenue would put this piece of business to shame. There is no way she's making any money in this hole in the wall establishment. The daughter and I was going to purchase and get out but the $10 minimum purchase on your card had me shook. I was just coming in for hair oil that she had hidden away in a case like it was the fountain of youth. What a joke. Please I implore you tax paying citizens take your money elsewhere. We did!

This is a small neighborhood beauty supply store. Wigs, weave, hair supplies, earrings, lashes. Limited nail products. Bring cash if your not planning to spend over $10. Can't use your card if it under this amount.

I agree with the reviewers. I try to ***avoid coming to this Beauty Supply store at all cost****. This store has been around for years and the customer service doesn't get any better. You would think with the negative reviews they would try to improve but they don't care! I definitely believe they don't like (US) because that is the vibe they give off, they want your money but don't really want to deal with you!! They have a very limited selection and the place is extremely small you can barely walk through the aisles. The items are overpriced. Save yourself the headache and go to the one on Forest City or go to Beauty Exchange in Pine hills.

Terrible service! The store closes at 6:30pm however as customers are in the middle of shopping they put them out of the store and tell them that the store is closed, keep in mind this is before 6:30 pm. Don't give these people your hard earned money. There are other beauty supply stores who would appreciate your business.

This store has a very small selection with poor customer service to top it off. They obviously do not want you in their store but don't mind your money (which we all know already). I would recommend Beauty Exhange instead or a black owned beauty supply store.

I went to this store for the first time. I needed braiding hair. I called and asked her for the brand and she let me know the lengths she had and the different brands and color. She was polite and she was in person to. She remember when I called and she help me locate it in the store. It is a small size store. I will make another visit and check prices. I wish they had stylist discount. My salon is right up the street so having this store close by was awesome

Very poor customer service, very small and overpriced if you literally have 5 minutes to spare go to a different hair store they have a $10 minimum for even debit card purchases which is illegal in the state of Florida especially in the pandemic when nobody is carrying cash.The worst experience ever have I had any time to spare I literally would have went to another location but I made sure to only buy the bare minimum of what I needed I.e cap & glue and paid her in coins all I had in car other then cards
