On my first visit I left with lumpy and uneven polish. On one of my nails, the rhinestones weren't centered and 3 days after I got my toes painted the polish came off on 2 toes. I will not be back. Also as soon as I walked in, 2 of the employees said something to each other in their language and laughed....not cool.Services: Nail art

Not good. A waste of time and money. There is a general lack of experience in the salon. The younger woman in the salon seemed a bit more experienced than the older women. They took too long to do anything and when I asked to leave without polish she apologized that they were so busy. They weren't. I left with a pedicure, no polish and polish removed from my finger nails. Not a good end result for 2.5 hours and $50 spent.

AWESOME people. Super sweet and attentive. Great job. The owner (I assume) was so friendly and we really enjoyed our pedicures. They went out of their way to take care of us and it was later in the day when they were exhausted I am sure.

So i wanted to try a new place. Expand my horizon. Check out other local businesses. I came here based off reviews. Seemed decent. The people are kind, try to please the customer the best they can, they provide beverages including wine (for my wine lovers). However when it comes to complex nail designs its not doable. They do and work better with simple designs. I showed two designs i got off Instagram, couldn't do. They also asked me other questions i can't answer cause I'm not a nail tech and/or barely have knowledge on nails. The end results to my nails were okay but being that this is not my first rodeo my nails are really bulky and something about them is off. You be the judge. Also I'm sure if i told them i didn't like them they would of tried to correct them but i was already their 3hours i can't just go whenever im a mother on kids schedule.

Went for an acrylic nails refill and to paint my toenails. Grandma took an hour-and-a-half on my toes, mostly removing the excess polish from the skin around my toes. She gripped each toe with her sharp nails and it was hurting. Her granddaughter worked on my acrylic nails refill while I sat in the massage chair with grandma. Guess she knew grandma would take forever! The lighting was terrible. The refill has come unglued already. One nail got snagged and the acrylic was pulled off completely! Went back this week to ask Donna to take off all the acrylic and get a new set, but she refused. She said she had previous appointments, even though I told her I was not in a hurry. She did not offer to make an appointment for another day and asked why I did not want the other techs to provide their service. I showed her the shoddy work and she did not apologize. Instead, she asked me to leave. I promised I would review her business and let others know how they treated me. I was charged very little, and no wonder! They did a very poor job and were totally unprofessional. Stay away!!!

I went to this place as per my husband's recommendation. This place only takes appointments so be prepared. I always do my mani powder since college. I noticed that Donna always use powder as base, then top it off with gel polish. Because of (2) different types of nail polish, it only last for a week and a half (tops). I asked her why she do that. She said, and I quote," Don't worry I know what I'm doing and it's better". I finally got tired after a few months and finally found my nail lady. Won't be coming back here as well as my Mom. Donna also refused to do my husband's nails again. Note that he only does regular manicure. He only care about his cuticle and the shape. He brings his own polish so it last longer. Donna said "you don't make me feel good so no more". I guess she doesn't want to do his nails anymore because she lost me and my mom as customers. We tipped her good after every appointment thinking that will take care of us but we eventually got tired of paying and not getting the proper service we need. Bottom line, I don't recommend this place.

This was one of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten. It was lumpy and flared out even though I asked for them to be filed narrow. They were also THICC (like, 2001 soccer mom thick) and streaky.I could tell my tech knew things were not going well about half way through, but she never stopped to ask for help. She couldn’t get the dip to stay on my nails (I have no idea why, I get dip every other week at another salon and have never see that). A huge part of the problem was that her drimmel bit was either very old or dirty, and it wouldn’t file evenly. I don’t know why she didn’t change it out. The final straw was when she began putting the matte top coat on top and it was coming out super streaky and bad. This is when she finally had to ask for help…but they were going to let her leave it on? I just asked for them to be removed so I could leave. To Donnas credit, she asked me to let her redo them a few times and no one was hostile to me about it. But I had already wasted 2 hours there though and with this being my first impression, I just didn’t trust her to do any better. She even tried to tell me that they were lumpy (I’m talking WAVEY like the ocean) because I got tips on underneath the SNS. I have gotten this exact same thing countless times and never had them turn out wavey.I couldn’t take pictures of the original nails because it felt so awkward. I did take pictures of what they had me walk out of the salon with, though. There’s glue and SNS powder glued on all over my hands. Literal fragments of the tips are still on my nails. Would you let a customer leave like this? Especially one already upset?Next time my nail salon is booked, I’ll just wait instead of taking a chance.
