Took a dress to be cleaned and one for alteration. They did a good job. The only complaint I have is that I waited 15 minutes for them to open.

I recently took my uniform jacket for dry cleaning. It was the second time because it's a job well done in a timely manner. However, I was given an attitude for not bringing in my paper receipt. I understand it's policy but the owner complained how it was becoming a regular problem that most customers weren't bringing in the paper receipt at pick up. After I suggested a new system that I had seen other dry cleaners implement I was met with an arrogant reply of they are too busy for new systems.If you have a problem in your business please fix it. Don't give your customers a hard time for a system that you clearly know it's not working. Everything is digital. You should implement systems that make it easier for your customer, not harder. There's other dry cleaners in town that would love to have our business which needless to say is where I'm going and every other customer you don't respect.The people paying for your Mercedes Benz are your customers. The least you can do is treat them with respect.

Started taking my work laundry here for wash & fold service for a year now. I go on a weekly basis and occasionally bring dry cleaning. Great family with great service.

I called earlier in the week to see what time they opened on Saturday so I could pick my stuff up and leave, as I'm on a time crunch. I can understand being a few minutes late....but I've literally been sitting here when they should have opened 30 minutes ago. Unprofessional & I will never come back

I very rarely have clothes dry cleaned or pressed. I was unfamiliar with this area and found this business online with great reviews. They weren't wrong . They tackled an expensive white linen suit that needed a lot of help and had it looking new. The turn around time and quality were top notch and the faculty were kind and honest. I highly recommend.

All four times I have visited this business for dry cleaning they have been closed during posted business hours. The door say Mon-Fri 8am but twice I have been there at 8:15 to pick up shirts and no one as there. Sat they open at 9 and I was there at 9:15, still no one there. Won't be going back

A friend of mine was nice enough to take our $1000 curtain that needed to be "Professional Dry Cleaned Only" to his friend at Cypress Cleaners. This company obviously did NOT understand how to Dry Clean High-End Materials. As you can see in the photos attached, the curtains shrunk at least 10 inches, loss their color/sheen and are completely ruined. The worse part is that the owner, Joe, would not take responsibility and blamed it on my friend saying, "My wife told him this could happen!" [My question is, as a professional, if you are certain an item is going to shrink or be ruined, then WHY in the hell would you take on the project in the first place? Answer: Because it is all about the money!] $181.80 I can't believe the fact that Cypress Cleaners would throw a customer (and friend) under the bus like they did, when they are the ones that screwed up. This company owes me new curtains, because that is the proper thing to do. It's never the mistake or situation at hand, its always how it is handled. So far, this situation has been handled in a terrible manner, and I am not happy about it.
