This location is the worst. Drive through line long, inside line long, and the staff is rude and quick to tell you they are poorly staffed. Never again.

ASHELY N STUART the pharmacist that’s currently working at this location is a UNHINGED EVIL woman, she’s purposely refused to fill my INNOCENT sick children’s prescriptions due to her personal vendetta against me and the fact that I placed a formal complaint on her psychotic behavior when she ATTACKED ME. Her days of having a license are counted because this is beyond unethical. It’s illegal to refuse to full sick children’s medications without good reason. So be careful having your prescriptions sent here or she will find any reason to leave you without your medications! Something that shouldn’t be played with. She will have no shame in cursing you out in-front of customers and laughing in your face like the joker. She is the white woman with blonde hair she’s considered a floater pharmacist so beware you may run into her somewhere else. While she may sleep well at night knowing she’s keeping sick innocent children from getting there meds, karma works in mysterious ways and one day this lady will see what it’s like to be treated the way she has treated others. God doesn’t like ugly.

Store is always a mess, pharmacy staff unprofessional,they never answer the phone not even they doctors line. I had to call the store the lady in front had to go back their to get someone to help me on the phone on numerous occasions, the drive thru is never working the pharmacy staff is eXtremely Slow no matter what time of day it is the pharmacy staff MARENA lacks customer service and interpersonal skills.acted as if giving me my purchase was an inconvenience to her, I While the blonde snapped at me when I asked why the drive thru says the PHARMACY DEPT CLOSED I thought the pharmacy was closed!if I hadn't googled I would have left. The pharmacy tech snapped saying she wrote in a sharpie come inside. I don't think they REALLY wanted anyone to see what she wrote in with a sharpie because all I saw was PHARMACY DEPT CLOSED HOLIDAY HOURS 9am-2pm. guess the customers are supposed to reach for their own bags and take the receipt themselves? It was the whole attitude for me! .they need to restaff the pharmacy With people who actually WANT to work and help. Every single time I come here the line is in the hall and the staff is walking around like turtles. . They will shut down the drive through when they don't feel like being bothered. I was told because they were under staffed but there was 5 people working back there in that small space so can describe each of them to the Teeth. I've never seen more than 5people back their but iif 5 people can't keep the pharmacy inside and drive thru running smoothly maybe the store needs to close the pharmacy department.

The worst cvs I think I’ve ever been to. The tech hate there jobs and ignore questions. Not very organized….I can’t at this point. There is one in particular smh if you’ve met her you’ll know what I mean.

I couldn’t find anyone to check me out up front and had to yell out SEVERAL TIMES to get help. We checkout, pay and bag our own things. Is there anything else we can do for you, CVS?

I would strongly encourage you to not get your medicine from here. Impossible to speak to a pharmacist on the phone, incredibly long wait times, and the staff is usually joking/talking instead of working.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for about 3-4 years and now I will not be returning. The pharmacy has always been kind and as efficient as staffing allows, however I had an interaction with the “acting store managers” a male and a female. There is a known transient for the area and usually he sticks to the intersection, this time he was right in front of the main entrance. Today their drive thru computer system was down and to get your prescription you had to walk inside and past him. He didn’t say anything or act any kind of way but I have seen him acting erratic, jumping up and down, dancing, screaming. It’s a cause for concern and safety. When brought to their acting managers attention, the female simply walked away and the male said I should call myself, so I did. The lack of concern for the safety of the customers lets me know to never return to their store and as a female who was alone going past this strange man, I hope others will exercise caution regarding their safety.

I appreciate the hardworking people who work in the pharmacy of CVS by Costco in Altamonte Springs, FL. They interact with customers in heighten emotional states and they navigate them with kindness and grace. I have always received help with insurance and coupons helping me ensure that I am receiving the best price available to me. Thank you for all you do day in and day out!
