Tongelli or Tognelli... was a superior, arrogant and aggressive woman. Not sure what her issues are but she doesn't need to bring them to work, nor does she belong at Costco. Someone A witness told me this was clearly a case of racism as I am a white woman. I will be reaching out to corporate with the details and to file a complaint.

I got new tires put on my car and each one is 3 psi below the recommended. My mom also had her tires replaced and they couldn't fill them properly either.
I even let the workers there know I was going on a 4 hour trip a day or two after. For the price premium you pay, one would expect that the tires be inflated properly. If I did not always check my tires myself I wouldn't have any idea of how low they were. This is unacceptable at this price point.

Generally, Costco is a great deal. Their private label items are usually good to great quality as well. The stores are somewhat all laid out the same, which is great. Plus, their cashiers are usually so efficient that even long lines go by quickly. Selection, as with any Costco, can be hit-and-miss. If you find something great you like, it might not be there the next time you are in the store. Parking at this particular store is dreadful. I know they are working on part of the lot so hopefully that concern will go away soon. The other thing I found a little odd here was the sales push near the front of the store. I believe it was for a mobile carrier? I had to say no to two different people. Sorry, if I was interested I would be asking about it.

What a sad last day it was here at Costco. As we were checking out with over $400 worth of items, I was approached by a man named VINCE in a lime green shirt who screamed "Ma'am!!!, You cannot take photos in here!" I said oh! They're for Yelp! He said welllllll they aren't a real business and you need to delete every photo you've taken here today. Now, everyone in Costco on a Sunday afternoon is staring at me. It was beyond awkward. I told him wow. I've met wonderful employees and wanted to share my great experience. He doubled down and told me I had to delete them because Costco is not on here(Yelp). So here I am on the place Vince said does not exist and here are all the photos that he thought were offensive that I needed to delete. All I was trying to do was promote new products, show current sales, and sing praises of the fantastic helpful employees I came in contact with. My family has shopped here since the building was located on Kennedy Blvd. Vince (don't know his title or what he does for this store) made my mother and I feel very threatened and quite frankly scared. His yelling was so jarring and he clearly needs a review in customer service and Costco employee values. Update: After calling and speaking to Chloe, I learned that Vince is a newer manager and she has worked for him for under a year. I did ask Chloe if she felt safe working for him and she said she did so I do feel better about that. I will be calling Vince's boss Delroy tomorrow.

Service is very poor , they have the worst staff on the cashier!!! They don't have manners. They need to attend customer service seminars. They also don't know what instruct people. Last week, they told us not to remove all the stuff in our cart so they can just easily arrange the cart on our check out. Today, when we did not remove anything in the cart and we only have like 10 items in it so its easy for them to check us out, they told us, "NEXT TIME REMOVE ALL THE STUFF IN THE CART, its not COVID anymore!" and when I told them that we went here last week and told us not to remove the stuff from the cart, the angry staff said "I don't know who you talk to, but that's not right... and just made the ugliest face Ive seen the entire week." Management should meet all your staff and please teach them manners.

Dec 2023, had best experience with Costco Tire Shop- Altamonte . I believe I spoke a lot with Manager and he listened patiently . Even when I got frustrated with self trying to explain the tasks I needed help with. He understood my goal and problem better than I . He and the tire team executed and delivered perfectly on what I needed done. Their work was above and beyond normal service. Much appreciation and gratitude. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!

Had an appointment at 3:15 to have two tires installed. After I handed over the keys they said it would be an hour/hour fifteen and they didn't finish until 6. The new tires had white letters that I wanted on the outside but they didn't mount them that way and I didn't notice until I got home. I had one tire sensor replaced but they couldn't get it to work correctly and still have a warning on the dashboard.

Very difficult to report today 12-12-2023 the Appoinment was at 6:15 PM for the installation of four tires the vehicle was ready at 8:30 PM that total 135 minutes for an activity that will take 60 minutes !

October 21 2023: Anytime, i call this Store, if Mr. Beau brother pick up the call , he does an outstanding ..in detail or so ( but i am still not able to find how to communicate to Headquarters for Feedback - i am really keen on sending to them...i thought i took a picture, QR code did not come up. Few others to remeber in the COSTCO Altamonte springs are: Kate, Nikhil and person on 10/21/2023 in front of the Return counter- she is really quick , sharp and my entire family also appreciated -but her name is Cathy or Kathy i cant remember - i thought i had somewhere written down...looks like no. Yet to find an Headquarters to call or South East Headquarters so that they are recognized for future reference and records. Do Not Trust Your car/truck with Costco Tire Altamonte Springs. You might save a couple of dollars on the prices of tires (that's why I went there), however the collateral DAMAGE and horrible shape they left my car in as a result of lifting, causing perfectly fine beforehand Strut & Shocks, to be damaged. They're experts at denying what they did... totally pathetic. ((They even failed to reset my Tire pressure sensors- what does that tell ya?))
Again My Opinion> Stay Far Far Away from the Costco Tire Center in Altamonte Springs. "I give them 5 Stars on the Suck Factor Scale". Costco Tire Store in Altamonte Springs should be the last place on Planet Earth you should go! The couple of dollars you save while receiving poor service and damage to your car is not worth your valuable time nor the gamble! You've been warned!

Great service this weekend at this Costco tire Center. Shout out to Luis who took time out of his busy day to assist me. I had a TPMS light on and he figured out my spare tire under my vehicle was the culprit. He crawled under my vehicle and filled it up for me. Just wanted to thank him for his efforts and professionalism.
