Great place for shopping, it offers everything in one place, I do not mark the 5 stars because on 2 occasions 2 cashiers have been very rude, with discriminatory attitude, comments and comments, I think their humor is not the most suitable to serve the public. But there are also many kind people willing to help you and serve you in the best way.

Costco Wholesale is certainly a place I enjoy shopping. I believe you get good bargains and your money is well spent.

I returned a slab of salmon along with the vegetables I bought to complete the meal. I advised the cashier the salmon was spoiled on the same day I bought. I didn’t need the vegetables with it. Without clarifying or I’d think by customer standards you should connect the salmon and veggies. She said I’ll take the vegetables this time but we have to throw it out so we’re losing money. Uhm interesting response as she has not at that point and did not at the end even apologized for the spoiled salmon. She was so quick to shame me on returning the vegetables, (which was not a large amount nor cost that much). She didn’t consider I had to order take out (cost a lot more than a self cooked meal at home) because of the spoiled salmon. Now I know the food would be wasted even if I return it unopened, I’ll consider the alternative next time If the main meat is spoiled. However, this is no way a Costco customer service standards. There are many ways to inform the customer of food wasted, and this was not the correct way.

Lady at the door was very rude and the store is hard to navigate through due to constant rearranging.

Costco Altamonte Springs is clean and organized. Staff are helpful. Ample parking. There are always great deals at Costco. Produce is fresh. It is busy on the weekends, not as busy during the week.

Always crowded because they have great products and food. Never a long wait though. Easy to get in and out.

Annoying location. I was doing self checkout then an employee came and scanned some of my items then told me they helped me scan* * * (couple names of my items). I had 20+ items need to scan and ok now at the same time I also need to remember what you scanned for me and avoid double scans. That’s pretty annoying, if you guys want to help me by this way why don’t you just cancel the self checkout system.

Hit or miss with cashiers who seem to automatically assume bc you are sharing carts you’re also sharing memberships. They don’t even allow you to say you have your own membership without berating you. Literally, it takes nothing to listen to a customer of over 27 years. We have been coming to this Costco since 1997. We are debating switching to BJ’s. At least their membership includes curbside and decent customer service. Do better!
