“This process took about two days as I came in evening. Kenny assisted me but I had to come back an hour later because I had to reset my iCloud password. Upon retuning I ended up with a young man with dreads and a headband, I didn't get his name, gave me a less than desirable experience. He quoted me over $100 more than what was originally quoted and was very dismissive when I brought it to his attention. He proceeded to move forward with the sale without informing me what the prompts he told me to acknowledge were for. Thankfully I stopped to read one of the agreements and I realized it was the sale. I declined the purchase and decided to wait until the following day to return and get better assistance. When I returned the next day Kenny and Esther were absolutely amazing. I had some issues with my phone and they went above and beyond to assist me and help with my new phone purchase. I was able to purchase the phone the original price that was quoted. I was very upset after dealing with the other young man but Kenny made me forget all about. The only reason this 1 star rating is a 5. The customer service from him was top tier.
