Micaela was the absolute best!! We had the pleasure of having her as our Sales Associate at City Furniture in Altamonte Springs. She was helpful, patient, and so very kind!! We were blessed to have her help throughout this big purchase process. The price transparency was helpful that she provided us with through our discussion as we narrowed our furniture down to a couple different sectionals. With Micaela’s help we chose the perfect sectional for us and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend city furniture and specifically Micaela as your sales associate!!

We had a great experience working with Gloria! She took time to get to know our likes and really listened to what we were looking to achieve. Our space was limited and from the rug, to the couches and coffee table we now have an amazing entertaining area. We will definitely be calling her and City again! We feel like friends.

Please do not purchase the warranty, City Furniture takes your money. Hires a third party with a company named "Saw Enterprises" and between City Furniture all they do is play games. They had me waiting for service a month, and the technician with the name Jonathan Rojas decided not to show up to my house to inspect my sofa. I received a call in the middle of the day that he couldn't make it after I had requested the day off from work. They wanted to reschedule me for another month waiting period.... unbelievable, disrespectful, and unprofessional!! I decided to call customer service, and they do nothing and don't care, an agent with the name Katie Rojas who needs customer service training in how to speak to customers. She blames the third party when City Furniture is the company that takes our money.... City Furniture this behavior is fraud, the waiting periods are long, technician they cancel at the last minute, with no notice, and no solution but to continue to wait for another month! Customer service takes forever to answer calls, and they show the "I don't care attitude" City Furniture. You are not following the warranty promise and contract... I need a solution immediately in regards to my sofa, I consider this fraud!!!
Same day 9/19/24 I received a phone call at 4:40 in the afternoon from the third party company that the Tech was outside my house, without any notice in writing or by phone. They decided to send the technician to my house after my complaint. Abiously, I was not home anymore my time-frame was between 8:30.am to 10:15 am, since I received a phone call at 11 am. that he decided not to show up to my house. I asked how come I did not receive any type of communication or an update in writing. Women on the phone responded that they don't have a way to communicate by text or email, I responded that I have camera's outside my house, and I don't see anyone outside my door. She responded, "Oh well, he is outside. If you are not home, your only option is to wait until September 29th." In a very nasty tone.
City furniture, please stop with the nonsense and horrible service from your customer service team and your third-party company. I received a phone call from their social media team as well. With no solution or opinions but to wait until September 29th, after I have waited over a month for a technician and I that i need to continue to wait, meaning a total of two months for a technician to come and inspect my sofa. That is the most ridiculous time frame for a warranty service that you are selling to thousands of consumers, and by using a third-party company that is incapable to follow a time-frame in a timely manner, or the ability to communicate by, phone email or text. Including the waiting period of two months for an inspection. I had requested the day of work in order to wait for the technician. City Furniture, you have no respect for your customers. All you are doing is stealing money from customers by selling a repair warranty that it doesn't exist!!! Fraud pure fraud!!
Since this incident an agent is scheduled to come to my house tomorrow September 29th, is 1pm today September 28th and no one has confirm the time frame, I have been calling customer service and on hold for an agent to answer for almost two hours. Like a mentioned this warranty service does not exist. I was promise by the social media team a phone call and follow up. Apparently the one who call me is also incapable of following with what they promise.
Update today September 30th, on hold with customer service for four hours, agents they keep tranfering me apparently to the warranty department, and to my surprise I continue to get customer service including the same agent. This is the answer, the warranty does not exist they don't even have workers!! I have been waiting for my case to be resolved since July 20th!!!

Fatima was our salesperson and she was great. She asked us what we were looking for, told us where to go, and gave us space to do our testing then followed up with us to make our decision. Place is massive, extremely well organized, and everything is very clean and nice.

Damaged table trying to cover it up it was the worse experience and we got 10k worth of items.

Quick service as soon as I walked in the door! The item I was looked for was in stock too! Stacey Rourke was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful, explained the protection plan whoxh was very reasonably priced for 3-year coverage. She got me checked out in a matter of less than 10 minutes and scheduled for next day delivery of my new dining set. I loved my Altamonte Springs City Furniture experience, and I will be back and recommended this store and Stacey to others!

Wonderful experience. Damian was very good with decor. He helped me select a dining table set that was perfect for the space. It was delivered within 48 hours. The guys who delivered and put everything together were also very polite and professional. Highly recommend thus store. Thank you.

Crystal was awesome! She was patient, knowledgeable, warm, and very hospitable! She helped us pick a king mattress and bed frame for our giant of a kid! She answered all of our questions in detail and wrote up multiple quotes so we knew exactly what we were going to pay depending on the quality and brand of mattress.
Her manager Jay helped us out too. His level of professionalism and honesty was awesome!
