Promised to help me save my persian kitty that we rescued. I told them that I didn't have money. They tried to charge me $500 just to shave him and give him a flea shot. When I asked to make a payment plan I was refused. In 3 days, the bill went from $500 to $1000. I was given 5 minutes to pay, or they would keep him. I didn't have 1k to pay to get him out. I wasn't even allowed to see him and say goodbye. They kept my sweet persian kitty. I will never see him again.
Don't go here in an emergency if your funds are low. This is another business that will capitalize on your troubles.

Awesome and caring staff. I loved B’s and the doctor’s treatment of my kitten during the visit. We got vaccines and a booster done for a generous price. ?

Very kind & caring to my cat. They even offer you bottled water while you wait. They also have a friendly office cat that's friendly & greets all the patients.

Staff and doctors are extremely nice and efficient. My visits have been excellent so far. I been seen at my scheduled time, my cats can roam around the room, the vets answer all my questions and concerns, and they know how to make the cats feel comfortable during difficult moments (like shots). It's a bit pricey, but I have no complaints with the service. Highly recommend!

Great veterinary hospital focusing solely on cats. Dr. Quest was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend brining my cat here!

Absolutely love the cat hospital of Orlando! I have been seeing Dr. Quest for well over a decade! She is the most compassionate, kind and honest vet you could ask for. Everyone who works here is so nice and caring. Honestly don’t have anything negative to say. Your kitty will appreciate an all cats place! ❤️

Took my cat Mittens in for a routine wellness check and they were so amazing with her. I had a long list of questions as well since it had been a while since I had taken Mittens to a vet and they were very patient with me and answered everything for me. Will definitely be returning here for all future vaccinations and treatment

Karina was a great tech. She was able to translate for my Spanish speaking family and was super friendly. Will definitely continue to bring my kitty here. (Ignore how mad she looks haha)

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Vet
does a thorough evaluation regardless of illness and takes whatever time is necessary to explain condition of your pet and options,costs etc. Clean,friendly, and warm environment. Extremely empathic regarding your feline. You can just tell how much they love cats.

Love this place. Woody always hated the vet and would hide in the room or run around. He actually lets them examine him- I think the treats help. They have a calm demeanor and I think it’s great they only do cats. No barking dogs!

Unbelievably unethical, overpriced, and lack of professionalism. Hidden charges after they tell you of a lower cost on the phone. Other vets are about 50% of their cost across the board for most treatments. This bait and switch method is pretty awful! Be prepared for the padding ($100+ were paid per visit) that you pay in the end. This is one of the only place that overcharge for every procedure on top of a $40 tech fee which you never see in any other vet practice. Finally, after all of the money forked over, my cat died from their treatment recommendation!!

We found this Cat Hospital after looking around for sometime to fin a Vet and care center that specializes in Cats. This center has a big heart and is extremely caring. Dr Cassie and staff are very thorough. They are a complete facility . They do boarding and grooming as well. We are very pleased with them. Taco even took a nap . He never does that at a Vet. Thank you

I visited The Cat Hospital of Orlando for the first time with my Foster kitten Olivia and had a great experience. Dr. Avok was patient, friendly and showed she cared about Olivia. We came up with a game plan for her treatment and care and scheduling was so easy with the friendly staff. Thank you also to Staci, Naz and Mia for making Olivia’s first doctor’s visit a pleasant and delightful one. We will be back with our other two girls!

Just called this place to ask about services and appointments. The person that answered did not even ask me anything about my pet. She also did her best to talk me out of coming later in the afternoon because they close at 5. I told her I would be there right at 4 and she kept talking why I would just need to go somewhere else. She did not show any empathy at all. It was a terrible call.
