Everything was cute. I wish it was a real work stop and not just a small area in the middle of the mall. Everything ends up being expensive but my daughter enjoyed her teddy bear and the birth certificate is a cute touch.

Just came here a few days ago with my toddler. Was planning on retiring their pacifier and celebrating by putting the pacifier inside the build a bear of their choice. Wonderful experience. Caring and attentive workers. Patient and kind and even including my older toddler. Thank you so much. 10/10 recommend would go again and my youngest is now 3 days pacifier free and seems to be going forward. It’s bittersweet but I’ll always have this memory at this build a bear!

Had my daughter’s 7th birthday party this afternoon with 9 of her best friends. Max, the party leader, did the most amazing job. The kids were entertained from start to finish and had the absolute best time. Thank you Max!!!!

I don’t typically go to the “smaller” build a bear locations, however Max and Aimee make this location absolutely the most pleasant location I have ever been to. Both my kids and I absolutely love stopping by this build a bear and getting to talk to our favorite people and have the most fantastic experience every single time. They are always sweet and relatable in every way possible. If you’re ever in the area I highly recommend stopping and picking up a new friend from these amazing builders, 5 stars all day every day.

The employees were nice, they had all the accessories I was looking for, and they had the Barbie Bear I wanted. Considering how big and popular this mall is, I was surprised they didn’t have a Build A Bear store just a kiosk. The employee who stuffed my bear did a great job and was very polite, their name is Max.

Everybody was very friendly, for our daughter's first time. I was a little surprised it was setup like a kiosk, it was a little loud, but we got through it.

This little shop is adorable and the people working it are wonderful. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Max especially made the experience wonderful and memorable. I was grinning from ear to ear the whole time.
