I heard about Blanchard from a local podcast, Tom and Dan. My prior Insurance Broker Company wasn't very helpful, Home Insurance prices are rising in Florida. When I asked my previous Broker is there anything we can do, he said, you are lucky to have insurance. That prompted me to reach out to Blanchard. Joe immediately gave me all the information and explained options, which, resulted in a significant savings. Not only did he explain options, he guided me in making the right decision, explaining the pros and cons. Communication with Joe was great, email, phone, Joe was quick to be available. I had a bunch of questions, Joe was there. I am grateful to be with Blanchard and would highly recommend anyone to give them a call. The service you get with Blanchard far surpasses others.

When you are worried about FL insurance rates not being affordable, talk to Andrew and his team. I had a short term rental townhouse property that needed coverage, and we got quotes from several nationwide carriers and some other local companies, and Blanchard Insurance was the best for what we needed. Communication was wonderful, and they kept making sure everything was buttoned up perfectly. Thanks for all your help!

Will not be using this company ever again for any insurance needs!! Buyer beware this company is selling your information to Indian people. I owned house for a little over a year and a half before I got insurance finally because I got the roof fixed on my house that was needed to get insurance. Now that I purchased my insurance, my information has been sold to every person possible and all I ever get now is phone calls about is my house for sale. You guys should be shamed as yourself as a company. We trust you with our personal information for you just to turn around and sell it to somebody.
