DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. If I could give zero stars I would. We rented a 16' truck weeks before our moved. They confirmed three times, and "Richard" called and left a voicemail message the day prior confirming our rental. I called the morning of our move to see if we could pick it up early and "Richard" told me they didn't have a truck and were "looking for one." When my boyfriend called back to complain, the same "Richard" told him that they never confirmed the reservation and had the audacity to tell my boyfriend that he called him and told him that they didn't have a truck. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The gall of them to actively lie to our faces regarding all aspects of this rental. Deplorable business practices. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.

I reserved a Budget rental truck a few weeks in advance of my move and recieved confirmation emails of my reservation up to the day of my rental. When I went to pick it up though, I was told that my reservation was valid but there was no truck for me to use. The company "searched" for another rental and never called me back. Extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.

Rented a tractor Tuesday.Left in right steering breaks didn't work.Hydraulics wouldn't work both directions of the bucket at the same time.Took twice as long to complete the job.Asked Austin the manager to credit $90 the additional amount I paid the operator to complete the job.He said no I should have called for them to fix the. Tractor. Either way bad customer service.. Austin remember these 10 words the customer is always right even if they are not.

I have never rented a truck from these people so I don't know how that works. But I have rented equipment from them. They always seem to be fair with their pricing and the equipment always seems to work as it should. I always check with these people first when i have a project to do and I need a certain piece of equipment.

Nice place to go if you're looking to rent some tools, trailers, lifts, and other tools and machinery I'm not familiar with. It looked like they also have the canopies to stay cool and the warm sun and exterior propane heaters to stay warm on a cold day.

I've used best rental center multiple times if I had to guess atleast 50 times with different equipment. I have never had an issue. If I noticed something wasn't working correctly I would address the situation& they always take care of it. Austin & his crew communicate well with customers.

Great truck rental prices and low mileage vehicles... Unlike other chains still renting 1972 box trucks with a million miles on them! Thanks, guys!

Great Rental Equipment Company. This place is well managed.Always accommodating, fair and honest.Highly recommend for homeowners and pro's. They keep equipment well maintained and have been updating theirstable of equipment with newer equipment making projects easier, efficient and fun! Give these guys a try. Been long term pro and I highly recommend!!

Reserved truck online, all was good until the pickup date. I get a call as I’m leaving to pickup the truck that they no trucks available. No solution to solve the issue. Just “ We don’t have a truck for you”. Then why take online orders for.Worst customer service.

Great customer service always flexible never any issues with equipment. The owner and Austin treat me with the upmost respect. And I have dealt with every rental company in this area. These guys are the ones to get anything from machinery to trucks. So if you’re in Seminole or Orange County. And you need some equipment get a hold of these guys.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Made a reservation to pick up a 16' truck as soon as they opened. When I got there saw one sitting in their lot. Walk inside they tell me they don't have 1. I told them there was 1 sitting on their lot, they found the key for it but refused to rent it to me Because they had 10 other reservations they don't have trucks for. I told them that's not my problem I have a reservation this is my reservation number they claim they couldn't find my reservation and refuse to rent it to me and kick me out of the store.

I made an online reservation via the budget site for a 16' box truck at the closest location to my house. When I arrived, the budget rep at this location stated they did not have the 16' truck. I told him I saw one outside as I pulled up. He found the key for it, then refused to rent it to me because he didnt have my reservation and he had 10 other reservations he needed trucks for. I was told to call Customer service. I spoke to a rep who put me on hold for over 20 minutes to speak with her supervisor. Then she asked to speak to the store rep. The phone rep said she'd make a new reservation and he told her not to because of the other 10 he needed trucks for. I said "I'm the one in the store. You need to give me the truck I reserved." I was told to be professional by the store rep. Then they refused to rent me anything and told me to leave the store. Rude, incompetent, unprofessional and all around useless. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS EVER!!!

The service was good. I rented a truck to move my daughter back to NY. The at had a price for the truck for six days. I thought this is great. But it's a great way for them to pile on the extra fees. Every few is times six. I spent over $400 more than the advertised price. It's important that you call you insurance company before getting there because they have this crazy questionnaire. My insurance agent never heard of there questions and was going to have to call corporate. I was in a hurry so I wound up buying the insurance.
