12 people in line right now April 13th at 12:59 1 teller and no drive through. Horrible. I remember years ago when they had at least 3 tellers at the drive through. Take care of the customers instead of the stockholders.

Branch has closed the drive thru and only ever keeps 1 or 2 tellers working such a big/busy location. There is no separate window for their commercial customers so if you get behind a business customer doing their deposits and change orders good luck. Getting through the line is a true exercise of patience.

I just got a spam call from the number associated with this branch. I do not live in Florida and I have not had a bank of America account but the call was from the "fraud department" when I said I don't have a Bank of America card the man hung up without a word. It was really suspicious and spamy. Someone should look into this I think someone's using the number trying to scam people.

It leaves a lot to be desired, clear signs of racism, very bad treatment, rudeness on the part of the manager and the employees, even when some speak Spanish they refuse to speak to the customer, one star is a lot!

We had a very very BAD experience since we walked in the lady upfront very nice but you guys need to figure out who is gonna be the best banker to deal with costumer the right way , Mirella Machiavello the agent lady started with an attitude since her same co worker told her to take care of us since we had an appointment at 12:30pm (dad at 12:30pm and mom at 1:00pm) and we even got there at 12:15pm, mom got into the cubicle with her and she started telling my mom that she didn’t had NOTHING meaning that no ID and she had a passport and everything legal she even said the the HUMAN PAROLE wasn’t VALID for US per her basically she said that we were ILEGAL here , she said that the HUMAN PAROLE was only for Iran , Cuba blabla bla that is not valid for Venezuelans, the funny part is that the open the bank account in 2018 , but not for us we understand that there is laws and for security reasons you have to check everything but at the moment that my DAD Make a huge deposit in his bank account no body said nothing that they don’t have ID , we were there JUST to change a PIN for debit cards , she even said that you guys don’t have NOTHING NO telephone no nothing she basically said that nothing was valid for us , we felt that she is very Rude and RACIST and HUMILIATING US there is no reason to speak to costumers that way that is not professional she even got on confrontation with us and her co worker , that’s not the way you treat costumers and the way she speaks is very disrespectful.

Poor poor business customer service! I was there with my wife on Wednesday 2/22/23 at 10:30 am in the business account line. There was no one attending this line but there was 2 other teller on the regular customer line with about 4 person waiting. I waited about 10 minutes thinking the teller close to the business account line was going to take care of me next but she finished with her customer she took her time in getting settled then yelled “next on line” and did not take care of the business account line. The other teller next to her looked at us and told her we were next in line, but she failed in taken care of me and totally ignored him. So much for the business line being taken care of!! I walked out I will never go back to this branch again! I will add, there was no one at the front greeting counter to report my incident.
