The female bank officer named Olga did her best to help us. We felt in my own country. If you are looking for a real bank, do not look for another bank.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I've been banking here for almost 8 years if not more for my business and it has been nothing but issue after issue after issue. The management at this branch has no idea what they are doing, if you want A bank that supports its customers I suggest that you bank elsewhere. Sheila needs to get off of her high horse and assist the customers. The male manager I forgot his name claims to know me and told me all about how he judges all of the customers that walk in there. So don't go in looking sketchy if you're asking for a change or he'll tell all of his other accounts about you! SMH... This place is a disaster. I was able to pull his name from another bad customer service review, Mr. Santiago also needs to jump off of his high horse for a little bit and stop judging everyone.

Generally, BOA is a pretty horrible institution, but this branch in Altamonte Springs is probably the worst. The guy who calls himself the manager, "Mr. Santiago" needs some urgent customer service training. I've been a manager in retail for 25 years and I wouldn't have this man run a newspaper stand! Seems to have a severe Napoleon complex, you can tell he loves being the boss.
