Mike May was very insightful and helpful. Gave my husband and I plenty of choices to consider when he asked what we were looking for and did not make us feel pressured to make a purchase. Came to check up on us to see if we had any questions concerns explained the promotions going on and asked if we had any questions. Please keep in mind that we had visited two other furniture stores I won’t mention their names but it was the customer service that made our decision to go ahead and purchase the mattress and adjustable frame from Ashley. Thank you Mike for your patience and knowledge of customer service. You will be seeing us again soon.

We’ve been going to Ashley Furniture for a lot of our home purchases. This last time I went and Homeira was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I walked away with two new chairs and couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Homeira!! You are the best.

Felt like i was at a car dealership. High pressure sales tactics. Sales rep (who I won’t single out because I’m not like that), appeared strangely desperate to make a sale. I went in knowing what I wanted, so it should have been easy but she just refused to LISTEN. If she hadn’t been so pushy, we would have likely kept shopping for more, but she made us just want to get out of there. At checkout, she tried to add on a warranty that I specifically said I don’t want.
Be advised too, all the recent google reviews are no coincidence. She literally said “open up your google account and go to the page”. Then once on the Ashley furniture store, she said “ok press 5 stars and then leave a good review. Make sure to include my name”. Absolutely bizarre behavior from a store. If you earn 5 stars, I’ll give you 5 stars. Unfortunately, you’re getting 2.

It was a great experience from the moment we walked in, Mark Hayes helped us get a brand new couch and table. We were looking at a whole different couch and we mentioned we had pets so he brought us to this couch that is pet friendly and washable and those are very hard to find. Staff was very friendly and awesome at this location. We definitely will be back for more.
Came back and Ren was a big help in our order.
