Helped my Dobby and gave me medicine for him at a reasonable price. I got a next day appointment, which was a lot cheaper than going to an emergency vet. Didn’t turn my cat away for his aggression, he just had to be sedated. The vet’s assistant was very kind and gentle with my cat, which helped him not to be so afraid (he was slightly sedated in the photos).
I liked the vet here. He helped my cat. He was making jokes and being friendly.

I would've given a 5 star review because we have been bringing our dogs here for years and the Doctor is great, professional and is always able to help our dogs. Unfortunately, his staff is not good at all. They were rude to our face by rolling their eyes, constantly looking at their watch to check the time, and kept on sighing as if they were bored while in the room with our dog that was passed out since he had to be sedated in order to clean his ears and trim his nails, we were very worried because he was taking awhile to wake up. Thankfully, he woke up and was okay. I decided to let the disrespect go since we come here all the time, but then when we were checking out we came across another lady with an attitude problem that works in the front desk. She asked my mom if that was all we needed to check out, because we were so shaken up by seeing our dog so stressed my mom had said "yes", but then she apologized quickly and asked if she could also purchase the Triflexis, and then she tells us "but you said you didn't need anything else", and we were taken aback by her response, and my mom says "I'm sorry, my mind is all over the place". Well apparently, she was so upset that she began huffing and puffing being outright rude to us customers that are PAYING and it's not cheap. She kept on rolling her eyes, tossing things, and kept on repeating "She said she didn't need anything", by the third time I couldn't hold it in anymore and asked her "what her issue was" and she immediately began to to shout at me and was like "she said she didn't need anything else, my daughters sitting right there, and my husband's car broke down on the side of the road" even if I wanted to sympathize with her, I couldn't because of how rude she was being IN FRONT OF HER DAUGHTER who is probably around 7-8 years old. Which as a parent you should be setting a good example in front of your kids so that when they grow up they know how to act like a better human being. I told her "I don't care, everyone has bad days we were having a bad day too, but that doesn't give you the right to be rude to the customer. We tried ignoring the eye rolls from the other staff, but that's it. No more, this is not okay". Honestly, I am not one to leave a bad review, but I felt the need to because they need to treat the customer better. If the staff doesn't know how to be patient with your pets and yourself as the customer, then I have news for them, this is the wrong place to work at if you have no empathy or regard.
Other than that, I highly recommend the Doctor, he is very nice and will take good care of your pet.

My standard poodle has reoccurring ear infections. We’ve done everything to adjust diet and keep his ears clean and I’ve been to multiple vets. Today I went to Dr. M and never has a vet so thoroughly cleaned out my Teddy’s ear. He took his time until every bit of the yeasty stuff was out, only then did he administer the medication to the ear. He also informed me it was ALLERGIES and that’s why it keeps coming back. He gave Teddy a shot as well. This is only vet that got to the bottom of it and didn’t just send me home with bottles of ear flush at a high price tag. He told me to bring Teddy for an allergy shot as soon as he becomes symptomatic again. My Teddy finally has relief. Also the front desk girls are ON IT. You are in and out. Don’t shy away from old school vets. You don’t need a fancy office, you need experience and they have it here affordably.

Alyssa is wonderful! I was having a huge issue with my fur baby's pet meds/refills/authorizations with a 3rd party... She stepped up, took initiative, and handled everything like a BOSS! Thank you Alyssa for your prompt attention and your impeccable customer service skills :) Meds are on the way and it's been less than 30 mins!!!

Just took my dog in for Kennel Cough and was charged $345. $120 are for prescriptions that should cost less than $20 for both. $150 for two injections I have no idea what they are because you can't read the hand writing. I was never informed of the cost prior to treatment. This non life threatening illness. I have been client for over 8 years. Never again. Online suggested treatment ranges from $75 -200. I tried to return prescriptions less than 30 min later and they quoted some statute about not being able. These are meds they fill in there office that had never been opened.

Nov. 2023: My cat Cesar had to be seen by the vet cuz he was throwing up green stuff and shaking/scratching his head. He said no ear mites. Was going to give him an allergy shot for $75. After doing blood work ($230) he diagnosed through a tech who told me there was a language barrier on the phone that he was in liver failure. To make it short my Cesar had similar episodes. I took him to another vet much closer to me. Cesar has a terrible ear bacteria/yeast infection, heart failure and fluid in his lungs. He died from me holding him to give him ear drops because he's had a bacterial yeast ear infection. He was in heart failure! Language barrier. He killed my Cesar! I pray you don't take your pets to this vet unless you want a misdiagnoses!!

I have been bringing my pets here since we got our first cat almost 8 years ago. I now bring my cat and 3 dogs to this veterinarian. My dog recently got sick and I thought she wasn't going to make it. I was able to be seen, and my dog has been much better a week later after getting the proper medication. The vet even scheduled me for a repeat appointment at no charge to check on her. I couldn't be more thankful after seeing my dog recover and walking around. Definitely trust this business with my fur babies lives. Very thankful!!! Always friendly services and more than fair pricing!
