They were quick, but charged me more than what was quoted on the phone by $15. Not horrible but would have like to known before car was loaded. Otherwise they were polite and got the car where it needed to go.

Called requesting information about a tow and the person who answered was rude and condescending and wouldn't even let me speak. I repeated "I just have a question about a tow your company did and he kept repeating "Have a NICE DAY" and hung up on me.
They damage your cars and refuse to answer for it. I tried calling a few more times to get ahold of literally anyone else but this is just some dude with a cell phone doing illegal tows.
EDIT: The owner cant seem to stop replying to this review with the latest being this:
You were told we don't do tow aways respectfully various times. We conduct our business profesionally and are certified by the state of florida. Instead of falsly acussing a business of doing illegal tows you should reflect on why your vehicle was towed away.
For clarification - I was told NOTHING respectfully, I was interrupted on the call, not allowed to speak and was hung up on. If you dont like bad reviews work on your customer service :) My vehicle was towed through NO FAULT of my own and the situation was fixed and my car was repaired by a legitimate company. Please learn to speak kindly to the people who call you, take ownership of your faults and additionally spelling might help. What I said previously is true - this is just some dude with a cell phone.

I recently had the pleasure of using AA&D Towing service to transport my lifted GMC Sierra to a nearby shop, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment I contacted them, I knew I was in good hands.Initially, what caught my attention was the low rate advertised on their website. However, upon speaking with Alvin, a very pleasant gentleman, I learned that the price would be slightly higher due to the unique requirements of my truck. Despite this, I cannot fault Alvin as he was transparent and understanding throughout the entire process. In fact, even with the adjusted price, AA&D still offered the most affordable option in the area.On the day of the pickup, the driver reached out to me via text, as I had requested, to confirm his estimated time of arrival. I greatly appreciated this proactive communication. True to his word, the driver arrived right on time in a very nice rollback truck. His professionalism was immediately apparent as he took great care in loading and securing my truck. I was particularly impressed when he took multiple pictures of the vehicle before and after loading it onto the rollback. This attention to detail gave me peace of mind knowing that my truck was in good hands.Although I did not accompany my vehicle to the mechanic, I was informed that it was delivered safely and repairs are now underway. It's always a relief when plans come together seamlessly, and AA&D Towing played a significant role in making that happen.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by AA&D Towing. Their pricing, even with the adjustment, was still the most competitive in the area. The driver's professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail were commendable. I will definitely be using AA&D for all of my future towing needs and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and affordable towing services.
