$14 Car wash was good. HOWEVER, the machine did not print out a receipt at the car wash entrance where I purchased it from when I hit "print receipt." Also, it didn't have an option to scan my 7/11 rewards app to get credit for the wash or sale for rewards. Went through the car wash, then went inside the store. Asked the front cleck for a receipt since it didn'tprint out. He kept saying what number, to which I said the $14 wash (they didn't have #s to select from). He continued saying what number, to which I figured out he was talking about what pump I'm at. I again said I bought it at the car wash itself, and no receipt came out when I bought it. He then just responded, "Can't help you." I left in frustration because of his lack of help and my inability to get credit for the car wash and rewards sale.Dont look for decent customer service when you do a car wash here.

The pizza I bought was awful. It must have been there days! Not edible. I will never go to this seven eleven again. There is one down the street a lot better. I should report you to 7-11 for your absolute laziness not providing even remotely fresh pizza. And you where out of hot dogs buns!! Cashier mostly interested in talking to his buddy.

Not the greatest example of a 7-Eleven. The monstrously popular chain of convenience stores and gas stations is home to the infamous Slurpee brand, which helped to make 7-Eleven the multi-billion dollar company that it is today. However, some locations are better than others. This would be a prime example of one of their less-than-great stores.Surrounding this 7-Eleven in Altamonte Springs are a sprinkle of alternative gas stations, convenience stores, liquor stores, and family ran mini-marts in just about every direction, and on just about every corner you come to. The great part is, most of these alternatives carry the same merchandise (most have wider selections and even better prices,). Most likely, the other stores' staff will treat you with, at least, more respect, clean up the sales floor and drink station, and you won't pay for employees who wish they were anywhere but at that register to ring you up.My advice? There will be another 7-Eleven if you drive a mile or so in most directions and you will be happy that you did.Try any of the nearby similar stores that carry much better service and value.

Whoever that man is behind the counter needs to learn to be professional. Your employee made a mistake on my gas order and to resolve it just paid for her mistake. When my money went back on my card, I came back to pay her back. This man yelled at me like a child cause he didn’t know what transpired just jumped in telling me I need to be professional. I don’t have to be anything but a CUSTOMER. You need to remain professional. My professionalism belongs at my job which you made me late to by not Proactively listening. Grow up and I’ll shop wherever I please because I’m THE CONSUMER. You’ll be seeing me again and make sure you do your right the first time.

I go to this gas station instead of WAWA directly next door because it’s less busy. This place is definitely never as busy as WAWA. I’ve never had an issue here. If you are debating about 7/11 or WAWA next door and DONT want to stand in lines 7/11 is the best choice for you! The cashiers are always super friendly and they remember their customers! Excellent service!!! (I visit this specific location 3x per week at all different times.)

Horrible experience. I will never go back. i have been going there for 3 years, usually in the morning on my way to work. I buy gas, something for breakfast or lunch and the occasional lotto ticket. today i brought a winning ticket in to redeem and was told, by the manager, that I was "done for the day, take your money and leave". It was only for $30.00!!!!I couldn't believe it! I have spent my last dime there!!!!!

This place is the Faulty Towers of 7-11's. The owner is fine, but two of his full-time staff are disgusting - if you wanted to split Basil Fawlty down the middle, these two fit the bill, one manically aggressive, atrociously familiar, and outrageously rude to customers, the other bone lazy, contemptuous of customers to a degree that seems to leap off the pages of a TV script - and also outrageously rude. That the owner-manager, from Bangladesh, gives work to fellow immigrants from the Middle East and Asia is fine and perfectly understandable - the other long term employee there, a lanky guy from Syria, is as nice as can be, ever polite and friendly, and everything you would expect from an employee. That the other two keep their jobs though beggars belief - if they had a top ten for stunningly rude employees, they'd have to fill it out with ten other people then come up with another list for these two, because they're in a class of their own - they should put their heads down and write a book on how to insult customers in every way imaginable. Clearly, short of raping someone, they'll be kept on no matter what, because they're basically lifers who'll stay on in the job, unlike the usual high turnover of staff one expects in places like a 7-11. Here's an example of the first guy, who's of medium height, slight, dark of features, thinning black hair, and LOUD - his stock delivery is to use a barking tone to customers, almost as if he's herding people in and out. I went in a few weeks ago, late in the evening, to grab a coffee. The guy was working at the back of the store stocking shelves and clearly didn't like being interrupted. I grabbed the coffee, waited interminably at the counter, until he finally stalked to the cash register and testily let me pay with my card. As I started pulling out some cash to buy some lottery tickets as well he marched off and rounded the counter, and before he could disappear I held up the notes and told him politely that I wasn't finished. He turned around in a fury, went back behind the counter, snatched the notes from my hand, then practically through the tickets at me before walking off again. He picked up a shopping basket that was lying loose to one side, walked up a few feet from me, and angrily threw it at the ground just behind me, near some other baskets by the door. Then he started mouthing off at me in his mother tongue, face to chest (he's a small guy) presumably insulting me, all while a young female customer entered the place and looked at him shell-shocked while he ranted away. As I started walking out I stayed by the door as he turned his angry attention on her, just in case she felt intimidated, and as he backed away from her the look on her face said it all - if that girl ever returns to that store I'll be stunned. I said "good luck" to her and left. I mentioned the incident to the owner the next day and he did nothing, other than make excuses for the guy. Any other employer with a security tape at hand to view would have fired him straight away. The other one is the epitome of arrogance and rudeness, an individual who sees himself trapped in a menial job that he considers beneath his contempt - as are the disgusting rabble that he's forced to deal with day after day. Like all people of similar temperament, he indulges in petty behavior and a sneering and disrespectful attitude to paper over his seeming servitude and give him some sense of superiority - ignoring customers for as long as possible, keeping them waiting interminably, acting as if they're invisible while walking around doing nothing, and talking to them in a peremptory manner. The guy is also incredibly lazy - if the coffee machines run out you can guarantee they'll remain so until he can pass the chore on to the next shift. He also come up with the most outrageous and insulting behavior to cover for it - I once pointed out that the French vanilla was out on the cappuccino machine and he vaguely pointed at the other coffee
