Every time I come in this store it’s dirty and the staff is rude. The managers are rude. You speak to the employees and managers, they look at you like you’re stupid. They don’t answer questions. It’s like they have no clue as to what’s going on. If they have a product or not. The food always looks horrible. They can’t tell you how long the food has been up. I am a manager at another 711. This is not the type of customer service that is allowed in our store.

The customer service is horrible, even reviews from years ago say so I’m here to tell you, they haven’t changed. Even children don’t wanna be there.

I shop here daily and they usually have fantastic service and food, very clean store, didn’t have a huge budget for Christmas and stopped here for their usually hot and fresh pizza. This and a few other times, this being the worst, the pizza looks like they cooked it overnight and it was left by the time I bought it (12pm). Both slices were so hard and stale I chewed carefully so I wouldn’t break a tooth and unfortunately was too starving to throw out. I love the store, love the employees, love the food; just please please temp the food because I guarantee as a cook that pizza was under 120 degrees (danger zone for hot food). Hope this helps in what could be done better, merry Christmas.

If I could give zero stars, I would.For a chain company like 7-11, who claims every store is open 24/7, this store is NOT.So this is an independent owner kind of store. This store leaves a handwritten sign on their door almost EVERY SINGLE NIGHT after 12 am/1am saying they are closed until 5am/6am.I've asked a few times about this, and it's been a different story every time.The fact that they do this is insane to me.CHANGE YOUR SET HOURS or just...idk...follow the hours corporate has set up for you.There are other complaints I have but won't waste my time because nothing will even be done about it. This is top 5 worst 7-11 stores I've ever been to, it's just sad.

Raggedy a** store smells like booty and always closed at night with a sign that says "truck night". Ain't no damn truck ever there and nobody inside putting anything away.

To me this 7-11 is close to me , not only in location but also in comfort and constant. There are a few employees that I see on a regular but one tonight topped the charts !! Just with being a kind hearted understanding individual and a super woman. Her name is Kayla , could be another spelling but anywho she’s the bomb. I love my 7-11 corner store and even more tonight !! Thank you ?

These people clean their bathrooms around 7 PM and then they put a sign out of order that way nobody can use it. This is very sorry of them.

Lousy 7-Eleven, these guys toward the end of the night, clean their bathroom few hours before they close and then they put the other order sign that way people don't use it. This is very sorry. Will never go back to this place.

Rude employee parked in front of the air pump to where customers can't use it and give it an attitude when it was brought to the attention of someone at the store not that it did any good they never moved it. I have tried calling the 800 number for 7-11 many times about this store and nothing is ever done.
