They charge $5 for 30 seconds of computer use on top of you paying to print items. This is rather shady. Won't be printing stuff here again.

The young lady who helped me was pleasant and constructively motivated. There were 3 people in line behind me, and the other lady behind the counter made no effort whatsoever to come forward and help them. Instead, she was hiding, folding boxes, eavesdropping on my interaction with the young lady and barking terse instructions to her.

The manager here is rude and self absorbed. The other reviews mention it but we have used this location for years without issue when there used to be 3 different women who worked inside. Recently there are two men, one with a spiky 90s hairstyle who looks like he still frosts his tips, who locks the door 3 minutes before close even during the busiest shipping season. I arrived at 6:27 last night, with PREPAID QR labels that I was going to self scan at the kiosk inside. The man was locking the door. Another customer approached at the same time as me who had a package with a printed label. The manager said he would take the mans package but refused to let me in to scan my already prepaid codes to stick on the boxes. Now my stuff is going to be delayed in getting where it needs to be by Christmas because this guy has to be in his car heading home at exactly 6:30pmSo, if you plan to ship from this location make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before closing because the great value Baldwin brother who manages the store only prioritizes himself, even during Christmas.

This place needs better communication between employees and customers. I recently had a problem getting status an insurance payout for a damaged package and had to file a dispute with my credit card before I heard any response. Could have all been avoided if someone had just responded promptly to my multiple inquiries for status on the claim.

Terry Fike and Vinny at the Alachua UPS Store do their best to rip their customers off. I shipped a large item (vintage GI Joe USS Flagg Aircraft Carrier) that I sold on Ebay with this UPS store. There were two boxes required and each was insured for $100 by default.
The largest deck piece arrived to the buyer with a piece broken off. Pictures of the box show damage like it was dropped. I had to refund the buyer $200 as a result. I brought in pictures and documentation showing the damage and the before / after pictures of the items and requested a full insurance amount of $100 (only 1 box was damaged).
After ignoring my requests for status on the request for about a week, I finally heard from Vinny - I'm getting $21 and change back from UPS.
Do not use this store. UPS shipping is a scam. They refuse to take accountability for mishandling my item and refuse to pay out the insurance amount that was included by default. Ripoffs and fucking cheats.

Came to this store today to send a package back to Amazon. The manager or whatever her title is , was really talking horribly to one of the employees. Degrading him while customers could hear. You shouldn’t talk to anyone like ever and especially in a place of business. Also was charged 20 for a box. Things have gone up but $20 for a box. Won’t be back and I hope the young man gets another job where he’s treated with some respect.
