Swallowtail’s produce is hands down the highest quality produce available in our area. Always in season and hyper-local, it doesn’t get better for your body or the environment. Thanks to Noah, Melissa, and their team, I know that I’m truly nourishing my family, and not just filling them with flavorless roughage. The first time I bit into their broccoli, I was like “Wow! That’s the real thing! Grocery store broccoli wants to taste like that!” My advice: if the price tag comes with a mental hurdle, then weigh it against the future price tag of eating the alternative. In this crazy polluted world we inhabit, fresh air, sunshine, and real food are a luxury. We are so fortunate to have Swallowtail!

Great quality produce, but after 6 weeks, zero variety with the CSA. I’m wondering if there will be any variety for the rest of the year! One expects repetition with a farm share, but this is pretty extreme, and if I never see turnips again after this experience it will be too soon.

Very pleased with my first "$25, whatever we have" bag from this farm. They gave me a GIGANTIC head of napa, a pair of turnips with the greens attached, a bundle of short, whitish carrots, a bag of arugula, a small head of iceberg, a yellow onion, a leek, a head of broccoli including the stalk, a bunch of kale, a half pint of yellow cherry tomatoes... I think that was it. I may come back and check this later. The quality of everything was top notch when it arrived, with not even a single squishy tomato or a brown spot on a leaf. It's a nice variety, including some things that will last into the second/third week which is important in These Times :P (are you seeing the size of this napa tho)

Great experience. Very neat. All butterflies were alive and flew away. Great way to memorialize from children to adults.
