We went to a few places the day we bought out Ford Fusion EcoBoost. Julie was absolutely the BEST sales person we interacted with. She was great from beginning to end. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend buying cars from them.

I don’t know about Santa Fe Ford sales department, but I do know and have had experiences with their service department. I took my vehicle there to inspect the brakes they put on in March 2024. I told them they were making an annoying noise when you ease off the brakes. They took my vehicle back twice to inspect for the same issue and all I got was “That’s normal” or “All Ford vehicles do that”. I have given them a lot of money over the years for service. Some of the work has been quality work, but today I was not satisfied. Honestly, I don’t know why I continue to take my vehicle there, but today is my last day.

I bought my 2023 Ford Superduty from this dealership and have had a great experience. Sean in sales helped me order the exact truck I wanted and it is perfect. Desha in service is so knowledgeable and has organized and coordinated the minimal maintenance I have needed. They have a great team and will buy my next vehicle from them as well.

Disrespectfully told no test drive on a raptor without a desk in place. All I can assume is Sean sells so many cars he doesn’t need to bother himself with a test drive on a 100k pick up. Stay away. .

I visited Vermont and water came in the seals of my truck. When I got back to Florida Santa Fe Ford sprayed water on my truck. They said it was bone dry. When I opened the doors they said oh you must have gotten water on the mats when you open the door, as if I did something wrong. It was not bone dry. Then they told me well because you did not Park your truck on a perfectly level spot in Vermont that explains why it leaked water in Vermont. But what about people who do not live on perfectly level ground, is it okay that their feels like water inside their truck? They told me I could bring the truck back and they would spray water all over it again moving the truck at different angles for 3 hours and see if it leaks that way. No thank you I have already had enough water leak inside the truck. I never would have bought it if I knew this would happen. I have always avoided driving it in the rain and I keep it in the garage all the time and look at what happened just the one time I drove it someplace else. I do not want my vehicle to be used as an experiment by Santa Fe Ford to see if water leaks inside or not. I told them ahead of time I am not the only person who has had this problem since I saw someone else online with the same problem. There should be a way they can figure out the problem just by hearing the symptoms without flooding my truck with water for 3 hours so they can decide whether it is leaking or not. It does leak. It did it twice in Vermont and all the windows were up and I let it dry between each time. There is no doubt about it.

It is wonderful to have the car serviced at our home. When we needed work done in the shop there was a pick-up and drop-off service that was very much appreciated. the work and the service are the best we've ever had!

My car has been in & out of this shop since February. It has been about 5 or 6 times. Each time they “fix” it, the wrench light comes back on. Thousands of dollars have been spent out of pocket & nothing has ever been done, except them pretending to be surprised the light comes back on.
