I usually go to Publix to Purchase fruits and some vegetables even thought they are really expensive .. but Its ok .... Cashier and employees always do their best to do a good customer service but the issue is the store manager I think he has a racist side he may not like Hispanic people or he thinks my money doesn't Worth enough to get all my stuff in bags like everyone does .. this guy always move people when Its my turn to be attended ..

It's Publix. What more needs to be said? I have been shopping at this store since it opened in 2016. I absolutely loathe the other chain (the one in High Springs). Not only is that store nasty, but they're more expensive than Publix.
Since I was a little kid (I'm an old geezer), it has been Publix. The Alachua store is great. Selection is always good and their people are wonderful.
Only complaint is minor: Why do we always have to call ahead for fried chicken? If you simply show up, more often than not, they don't have any.
Still, shopping is a pleasure here!

This was a great Publix. Our sandwiches were ready to go. Only issue was that I had called for soup to ask what kinds they had and if they had plenty. When I arrived 45 minutes later, the one we wanted was totally out, so there obviously wasn’t plenty of it. It a small thing, but that was one thing.
