Outstanding Service! Christie and John exceeded my expectations. We were traveling on the Holiday weekend and needed tires and shocks after hitting uneven pavement. They went out of their way to get them so we could continue our trip. best customer service I've experienced in decades!

I came in needing an oil change and tires last minute. They were able to take care of me and offered me amazing prices. I am satisfied with the customer service and the waiting room is amazing and comfortable as well. I will be returning for future services.

Literally went the extra mile. Mavis got me home safely during a busy pre holiday rush. They were able to get the part my vehicle needed and fixed an issue my dealership had missed. Very reasonable pricing. Exceptionally hospitable staff. Thank you so much!

Absolute angels on this staff! We were halfway through a ten hour drive on a Sunday, moving cross state when we had a massive blow out. They took us in and helped us immediately. Great pricing too. Would absolutely recommend! Side note, the women’s restroom was very clean and fully stocked, a pleasant surprise at a mechanic shop!

Excellent location for your automobile tire and service needs. Jon and Rusty did an excellent job walking me thru the issues with my car and most importantly took the time to explain to me all of my options and costs. Great pricing and great customer service.

The team at this Mavis is amazing! Had a breakdown and literally stopped next to their lot. The guys treated us like we were a long time customer and got the parts ordered and had our family back on the road extremely quickly.They could’ve turned us away on a Sunday afternoon, but took care of us anyway!They charged us honestly & fairly ( the cost was less than expected) and the bill reflected such.I totally recommend this location and the crew has my trust and appreciation!!!!

When we got a flat tire, Mavis Tires and Brakes was the closet shop. Edward knows what good customer service is all about! He was very kind and didn't make us feel like we were an inconvenience to him, even though they were already very busy. He got us in and out of there by the time he promised.We live in the area, so we will be back when it is time to buy a new set of tires for our vehicles.Thanks again Edward! Had a wonderful experience! With a little hiccup I came back and they went out of their way and beyond to not only fix it and make it up to us. We blew a tire on the interstate, put on a spare, then made our way to the closest tire shop. So grateful that this store was the closest. Very helpful and friendly!
