So many helpful people at this store: Chaz, Nimai, Josh, Kevin and Amine are just to name a few. They are equally as helpful if I'm there alone or with my husband. Also love how our two Chihuahuas can come with us and socialize from the cart.

Amazing staff service! I went there this Saturday and the staff was beyond helpful. They were polite and very hardworking. We brought our dog with us to the garden center and one employee gave him some water, which was so sweet.
I happened to need another bag of seeding straw and they went above and beyond to get it for me. I would definitely recommend this Lowe's, as the staff are always beyond kind.

It really is upsetting to have to leave a negative review on a company but when you see things to the degree that this store operates something needs to be addressed. This location is the worse I’ve never seen a store to operate. Feels like entering the Twilight zone service is ridiculous. Really wish they’d bring a Home Depot to Alachua! If they can’t hire better help than what they have here they should just close their doors cause they’re doing a disgrace to Lowe’s as a corporation.

I hate to see Lowe's go the route of Walmart and cut costs by eliminating check-out cashiers. Watching the poor lady manage 4 machines and the associated customer issues was disheartening. The associate even said she would be so much faster at a register. Lowes is convenient when it comes to products, but unless you're a severe introvert, the machines are not?

Ordered windows from Lowe’s in alachua in January 2024, only have 2/3 of them done and informed it would be July 9 before windows come in. This started off as a 6-8 week job. Orders haven’t been submitted on time, wrong size ordered, lowes ordered wrong type of window second time. Third time wrong size ordered. Used lowes in other places never had these issues. Manager of lowes has never responded or spoke to me about this. Assistance manager James has been wonderful helping. I will not use this lowes again until a new manager takes over and will never order from Kevin again.

Staff does a great job and tries their best. Lowes however, told me I could drive down and shop while I wait for my new credit card (old lowes card needed to be replaced for no reason). I drive down, and went to customer service and instead of just needing my government issued ID which proves who I am, I needed to enter the last 4 of my social, all my details, and STILL the system was down and I could not use my credit. Why are corporations constantly making things harder and more expensive? When is it enough Marvin R Ellison?
