Our RV broke down and I called more than 30 mechanic shops and mobile mechanics within 100 miles and NO one answered or came out except Jeff. The RV couldn't be fixed right away so they kept the RV and we flew out. They repaired the RV and delivered it to the house safe and sound. This was a holiday weekend and we are so thankful for Jeff and his crew showing up. We would have been stranded! Very affordable and professional services.

Well I wish I could have left zero stars! I called soon this company to do some maintenance on our semi truck, they guy I spoke with was super awesome he walked me through everything told me there pricing all was good. Well they couldn't get the filter for our truck so I never received a call I ending up calling them because it had gotten so late and was told the next morning they would be there. So next morning comes still no call no text I called about timing and when to expect them. They showed up after 1pm did a great job and then presented me with a bill of almost 1300 dollars I was in shock!! They guy was there for less then 3 hours. I was told 90 for them coming to the house and 90 per hour if you can do math it doesn't add up. Half of the bill was oil and filters and water filter and wipers so I expected about a 6-700 dollar bill but I was presented with twice that amount. Have no choice to but to pay it. I called back the next day to speak with some one I went through the hole thing again on the phone he says yes ma'am your right I did tell you that I'm not sure what happened let me speak with my boss and I'll give you a call back. Well I felt relived like they where going to make it right. Come to find out his answer was "sorry I gave you bad information I didn't know it wasn't the prices I gave you" so I said your going to correct the issue he says no! It is what it is and I should have just gone to a service center if it was going to be cheaper I explain to him that use thing was conviennt because they come to the house and with use being on the road being able to be home for a while is a breath of fresh air. He ended our conversation by tell me there nothing he can do and he would not advise me speaking to his boss because he's not as nice as he is. #donotuse I feel like they took advantage of my time and money. Would not recommend. Next time we will wait a few hour at a service center. What a joke!

We used Jeff's yesterday and I have to say they were great! They really hustled to get us back on the road. We had a blow out on our trailer and they were able to get out quickly and they had the right size tire too. The price was very reasonable also. I called others that were going to take much longer to come out and at a much higher price. I will certainly use Jeff's again and refer them to anyone else in the area.
