I received a letter from the IRS informing me that I owed almost $200 in back taxes from 2020! Amanda Payne, who is the franchisee, called the IRS and resolved the problem. She stayed after hours and didn’t give up or just send me on my way with a phone number to call. I didn’t owe and actually will be receiving a refund from the IRS. I appreciate great customer service. Amanda is knowledgeable and assured me that she would get to the bottom of the problem. She did!
