This is one shop I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or go back to, So many place's are just out to make a buck..I sent my 18 yr old daughter there and just starting out and trying to get back and forth to schooling in her older buick it scares a single mom.He told her exactly what was wrong and treated her wonderfully, Very clean shop, takes pride in his shop.One of a kind definitely, Thank u sincerely Tammy

Stopped in for a free quote. John had my car up on the lift in no time. Showed me what needs to be done. In and out under an hour. Super nice guys, honest and very reasonable. One happy and grateful woman today. Thank you guys!

Customer service sucks. Called and asked if they could work on my truck, and they said no problem bring it in. I drove 30 mins to the shop and I couldn’t even get someone to make eye contact with me once I got there. Stood in the bay doors for a few minutes with 4-5 guys working on a single truck. Finally I stopped a guy working and he pointed me to another guy who couldn’t even be bothered to make full eye contact. He said something under his breath but I honestly didn’t hear a word he said. It was so unwelcoming that I almost forgot that I’m spending MY money here not the other way around! They might do good work but didn’t even get the chance to see.

What a great shop! I returned from Gainesville last week with my front left wheel shaking and making horrible sounds. As I drove by Gator Auto, the good Lord told me to turn around and go there so they could help me. They found out my left front tire lug nuts were almost falling off! The last time I had work done in Gainesville, the shop had not tightened my tire! They jumped in the car and drove it and tightened my tires, with no charge! I went there today to have a valve gasket replaced and they did it competently and at a fair price! This is my new shop! Thank you, Gator Muffler! You guys ROCK!!!

I've been to this business almost 3 different times and couldn't get my job fulfilled. Every time I dealt with a specific tech for my exhaust swap, there was always some antics involved to where I couldn't do it.
On the phone, they said they could tune my car and put the exhaust on for about 450. I showed up, and the guy puts my car on a lift, saying he could do the job- but then says he worries the car won't start due to less engine back pressure with a bigger exhaust. He referred me to a different shop (which was closed) for a second opinion. Then, they were too busy the next visit and the following visit, the exhaust tech was on vacation
I met this tech again and he told me he couldn't do the job because the screws were too small. ? It seems like the leadership at this business is good, but I want them to be aware of this weird service.

Wonderful experience. Had a flowmaster installed and they jumped right on it as soon as I walked in. In and out in under 20 minutes. Amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Had a cylinder misfiring so they replaced an ignition coil, but it blew as soon as I drove it off the lot. Said it wasn't their problem, so I fixed it myself with a new ignition coil and it's been running fine for almost a year since that happened. Scammers.
