This place is a hit or miss, definitely wait an hour before your appointment to check in, if you arrive before that they will ask you to leave and come back. Good luck finding where to park while waiting around

Going on 4 hrs to unload half a trailer. They don't care about your drive time and have to the nerve to charge a lumber fee.

Make sure you have the conformation # it starts with 853 if not the check-in drone will make you go back to the end of the line. Don't park and walk to check-in cause they will tell you to get in line. If the line is long it will take half to hr. To check-in .Then will be told to park and wait for call for door. So pack snacks and a lunch to the time sux that dollar general. I'm sure on different days this place is fast. Four to five hours is my guess.

Over night parking in front if lucky. Checked in at 4:04PM for 7:00PM appt. Staged until I got my dock door, all together took about 3 hours.

There are about 10 overnight parking spaces as soon as you pull in. To check in go to your left stop at the guard shack and turn off your engine.You will need a 853... Confirmation number.Easy check in. Lots of room for turns. If you're not getting paid detention call heartland Express and fill out an application. I'm getting paid right now!!

Today 01-31-24. 13:33 I am from 8:00 am appointment to 9 am. I pay the Lumper to pay the lumper is through an application. which is from 1949. There are no signs on the entire property. You can't go anywhere to ask for information about the load. My best advice is to try not to come here because they don't do anything for the drivers. I only bring water for delivery here
