I went into the Alachua store . AWEFUL experience Rude employees had to search for everything. It looked like it was going out of business.

has to be the worst pharmacy out there. I’ve been there the past 3 days trying to pick up my prescription- to no avail. I waited an hour in line in the drive thru the first day just to be told that my insurance did not cover my birth control for some reason after never having an issue. When I asked to speak to the pharmacist they just u-turned me away and told me I needed to call my insurance. Next day I call the insurance to which I’m told there’s no problem with my insurance and that they are just inputting my information wrong, so I go back to the pharmacy. They tell me “oh actually the computers are down come back later” I come back 2 hours later and then they tell me oh “your total is $92” to which I explain to them the situation then they take my RX info again and then I’m told the computers are back to not working all of a sudden. Stick to Publix.

Jackson should not be a manager he's very rude and just argues with the customer instead of trying to assist them. I have never had anyone speak to me as if I was completely ignorant!! NEVER DEAL WITH THIS MAN!!

The manager, Jackie, is always willing to help and assist in anyway he can for his customers. Store managers like Jackie are hard to come by.

Not helpful. Apparently can't read how to dispense medication appropriately or timely. Doesn't read insurance coverages well

Yesterday the guy that was working in the pharmacy and apparently does not know what he's doing read my wife's prescription wrong he told her she had already gotten a 3-month supply last month when she had not she had to call her doctor and get a new prescription and then he refused to fill that one too because he said again she had already gotten a 3-month supply well apparently when you learn to be a pharmacist you do not learn math my wife takes 12 pills a day 12 times 30 is 360 360 is not a 3-month supply it is only one month my wife was upset so her 80 year old mother called to see what was going on for her and the dude just started yelling December 27th at her and would not answer any questions and then hung up on her. Is this the way you treat all your customers? I would have left no stars but you have to leave one in order to write a review

Pharmacist refused to give a vaccine two and half hours before they close, and she said that walk-ins weren’t welcome. The sign upfront says walk-ins are fine, and there was only one customer in the pharmacy. Won’t be coming back here.

Prescription was sent to this pharmacy by mistake. The pharmacy put the medication on order, NEVER notified me that they even received the prescription, and it's been more than 2 weeks and the medication isn't in stock. This is a time sensitive medication that was needed by an appointment date, which happens to be today, and now I'm left scrambling. If the pharmacy had notified me 2 weeks ago that they had received the script I could have transferred it out to another pharmacy that had the medication in stock. Now my fertility treatments and starting my family may be delayed because CVS couldn't be bothered to notify their patient that the prescription it received wasn't in stock. Straight negligible. And for the unaware, I can't even transfer the script if it's on order in their system until and it won't go through my insurance until it's backed out of the order queue either. This pharmacy is the worst!

I walked in with my friends shortly after buying a couple of drinks, which we had the receipt for, this older blonde woman walks up to us and asks if we need any help and we say no, then she says you guys cant just walk around without buying anything, but we did buy something. We went back in to cool off due to the EXTREME florida summer heat and got kicked out and threatened to be tresspassed and she also took photos of us, 3 minors, which made us quite uncomfortable. Do not appreciate being photographed after being kicked out for simply walking around. GO TO WALGREENS ACROSS THE STREET!!! Horrible experience. I come to this cvs all the time and this is one of the many bad experiences ive had, if not the worst.

Incredibly rude customer service. I was simple browsing the store and one of the workers constantly followed us and at one point even told us to leave since me and my friends were not purchasing anything. She then proceeded to take pictures of us leaving and when we confronted her she immediately started being rude and threatened to trespass. I am especially concerned because she took a picture of me and me and my two friends ( we are all minors ) I will defenently not come back and don’t recommend going here. The low reviews say it all.

Very clean store, friendly staff, stocked well in all areas, nice sale on coffee today and the Pharmacist was very helpful.
