Highly recommend! Dr. Alex Pringle is awesome. He takes such good care of the animals and I feel completely confident in bringing my dog to him with any problem. My dog had a little stomach bug and they were able to get me in immediately, even with the pandemic going on. I was so impressed by the measures the office was taking to reduce the spread of the virus. They immediately took my girl in while I waited in the car. The tech and vet both called me periodically updating me in the status of the exam, then brought her back out to my car when she was done. This is our regular vet and I don't mind the long(er) drive compared to vets in our area.

Brought my service dog here to get a second opinion and was given so much more! I couldn’t be any more satisfied with how professional and thorough they are! I live in St. Marys, GA and made the decision of driving 2 hours just to come here for my dog’s care from here on out. I am forever grateful for them!

We always use country side for all of our dogs medical needs. As most often Ms Tiffany greeted me at the front office and checked onyx in for his shot. Shortly after a tech came out and took him to the back. After about 10 minutes we were done. The check out process is worry free and the front desk always explains everything. Our dog is always happy after the visit as Country Side strives to treat your animal like it was there own pet. Our dog has been there many time not just for medical stuff. They also provide boarding for your pet. Never a bad experience. They get a 5 star.

I am very happy and appreciative of their dedication to the animals and getting our "baby" well. I needed a vet because our dog's nail was growing back into her skin...I feel so sorry I let that happen. So when I really noticed it was bothering her is when she kept licking her leg a lot. When I called Countryside they got me in the next morning and I really appreciated that! Because of our dog's temperament I gave permission to sedate her. The dr was cautious and because of her age (14 1/2 ) wanted to do bloodwork to be sure Ami could withstand sedation. Her bloodwork came back "remarkable for her age" which I was pleased to hear. They sent us home with meds. It has been 5 days and she is doing awesome! I highly recommend Countryside Animal Hospital in Alachua, FL!

This place is by far the BEST vet clinic that I have taken my animals too! My almost 10 y/o Chihuahua has always received great care here. Just this week we got a 6 m/o Chihuahua that unbeknownst to me had worms! Before I even got her home I noticed that she was sick and called C.A.H. Immediately and they were very sympathetic and said we could come in right away. We love Dr. Orange and she was (just like always) very loving to our sweet pup and gave her all the proper medicines and thoroughly explained further knowledge and helps for my pup. We were sent home with all of her medicines and other goodies for our pup including a free month off a specific medication we purchase for our pups. Another plus is that every bill has been so reasonable it's almost shocking. We greatly appreciate this place and I have recommended them to so many people! You won't be disappointed with Countryside Animal Hospital.

I take both my dogs here, from the initial vet appointment with the receptionist, wait time for an appointment (not long, normal wait time) to the friendly and caring vet techs to the compassion of the vet has made me a huge fan of Countryside. They have a separate cat and dog entrance which is awesome! I had to make a surprise vet visit to them this morning to see my senior dog for some health concerns and they were able to get an appointment. The staff and vets make you and your pets feel like they are the most important pet. I totally recommend them Countryside.

The other day our dog was bitten by a rattlesnake. I called the animal hospital closest to our house and they instructed us to come here, to the Countryside Animal Hospital, where they had anti venom on hand. When I arrived I was instructed to wait for the technician to finish her phone call. As if that wasn't enough when dealing with a time sensitive matter, she began a long-winded lecture explaining that they would not treat him because they were unable (or unwilling) to monitor him overnight. Clearly the staff was not concerned with his well-being. If you value your pets life avoid this so-called "hospital" at all costs, especially when faced with an emergency. I would advise taking them to the small animal hospital at the University of Florida where they value the life of your pet as much as you do.

Both my Dogs go to this vet and they have been nothing but sweet and kind and caring. The exam rooms are clean and they have a ton of info (good reading.) The wait is normally not that long. I would recommend them to anyone. Hint to save money take all your pets at the same time. It saves on the visit fee. Almost all vaccinations can be bought at the feed store but its your job to administer the drugs.

The progress that I saw with such hope at the beginning of the week faded away within 13 hours, and I watched sadly as my friend fell back into a sad state of lethargy and general unhappiness. The doctor confirmed her original fear--that he had cancer. They put him down today with dignity and a great deal of compassion for me, and I am very grateful for it.
