A few weeks ago two of my kids sheepishly walked into our bedroom to let me know that they had broken the bedroom window. I recently called Stacey Puckett, with Central Glass, for help getting it repaired. I was blown away by their professionalism, promptness, and willingness to go above and beyond. It's great to know that when I'm not home, and the kids are home with my wife, that I can have peace of mind that the work will be done exceptionally well. I would recommend calling Central Glass for any of your auto glass or home glass needs (including shower enclosures).

I cannot tell you enough how much I love this company and the people there! They are absolutely the best! I had a small crack from a rock that flew into my windshield going down i20. I reached out to them and Stacey took it from there! She coordinated everything with my insurance company and kept me in complete communication as far as the location of my windshield! When it finally arrived I dropped my car off at 8:00 am and was immediately greeted by friendly faces! I left my car there as it was going to take about an hour to replace (which is crazy quick considering my car has to be calibrated due to sensors in windshield)! When it was completed Stacey and Papi brought my car to me! Talk about amazing customer service and always treats you like family! My 2020 Jaguar has an amazing brand new Jaguar certified windshield and it’s looks better than the first one! I also didn’t have to wait 2 months for Jaguar to schedule me! I would choose this company to handle any and all of my glass installation needs! Thank you so much!

Fast and friendly service. I went in on Monday with a broken windshield. They ordered a new one and arrived at my house to install within 48 hours. They also filed the insurance claim. 0 out of pocket expense. We are repeat customers. Outstanding customer service. Locally owned and operated.

Truly a Top Notch Quality! Took my wife's 2014 Malibu in for what was thought to be a straight forward windshield replacement, to find out that the previous window was an incorrect all together! This did NOT pose a problem, as the Central Glass team took care of the problem on the spot and left my wife's car in excellent condition!!!

Stacey took care of replacing the center windshield on our trolley that had been damaged by a flying rock from our lovely roads. She and her team worked us in quickly and did a great job with a custom piece of glass. They got our food truck back on the road in less than a day. Great service and quality work. Thanks Stacey!
