This is the worst banking experience I've ever had the atm steals money they lose your driver's license they put your deposit into the wrong bank account and on top of all that they stack overdraft fees instead of giving you one fee for something big they give you 5 fees on small charges. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET A CHIME ACCOUNT

The people were amazing and so helpful. Because of personal reasons, I needed to open the account asap, I was attended to right away, from beginning to end, couldn't ask for a better experience. I was even able to get a bank card, and was able to deposit money from other accounts right away. They truly did everything to accomadate me, and I am very grateful. If you are looking for that old fashion style of banking, where you aren't treated like just a account number, Capital City is that place. I look forward to many years of business with them. With all these forms of online banking now, I feel better knowing ,should I have a problem in any regard, I have a great bunch of people that I can go to, and speak to about it. You will not get that with on line banking, I know that first hand. Thank you so much to everyone that assisted me.

This is my local bank, and although this Alachua branch is small, I am made to feel like part of the family. The staff are always friendly and courteous and go out of their way to help. Keep up the phenomenal customer service! ?

Opened up a business account few months ago, the lady whom assisted me was very polite and explained everything to me. She also made sure that if i had any questions that she would be happy to answer them. All in all I have no complaints at all.

This bank has some of the worst customer service personnel that I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with . Do yourselves and your money a favor and give your business to other banks in town.

Today had an ugly experience at the Alachua Branch, the customer service lady was inappropriate, disrespectful of my privacy, revealing the amount I received as the beneficiary of an account in front of third parties. Questioning me like she was not able to find out in the system the information she was looking for. She exposed every detail of a transaction occurred more than four months ago in front of third parties that had no right to get any information about that matter.
